I have ordered from here through DoorDash several times and honestly this place is nothing but hit or miss. Sometimes my bagels come burnt and other times they come just right. But what never comes correctly is the iced coffee. I always order the chocolate but when it’s delivered I come to find out that it’s NEVER stirred into the coffee. It’s nothing but a big glob of chocolate on the bottom of the cups. When I go to drink it the coffee is either too bitter because it’s not mixed it or I drink up nothing but pure sweet syrup because of how far down the straw goes. It’s never balanced and the only way for it to become balanced is if the syrup is actually mixed into the drink LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO. I don’t know the name of the employee who works there but she’s an older woman from a foreign country. She’s very very sweet and all but whenever she makes the iced coffees she never stirs the syrup in unless you tell her too. And unfortunately it’s not something that I can request via DoorDash though to be honest I really shouldn’t have to request it to begin with.

Want Bagels with NO Cream Cheese despite you PAYING for it???? Then this is the Einstein Bagels location for you!! Ordered 4 Bagels today and ALL 4 were wrong.
2 were plain with butter and had cream cheese, and the other 2 were this dry.
How are we as customers supposed to trust you to get our orders right when this is what is being given to us.
Why is there more cream cheese on a bagel that didn’t even order cream cheese than the ones that actually were supposed to have it.
Nor will they answer their phone to fix their mistake. Just AVOID this location if you can.

Why would you serve this to someone?? Just cause I order to go doesn’t mean you should just serve burnt food come on with the price I paid for this bagel $10 this is what I get save your more go somewhere else I can’t stand people that work in food and have no integrity about what they’re doing!!! WOULD YOU EAT THIS! I hope whoever made this bagel gets horrible food everywhere they go like be real stay away from here I won’t be back YOU GUYS SUCK!!!

Einstein Bros is very consistent from store to store. The Bagels are fantastic. I ordered the Farmhouse which I highly recommend. The store was very clean but to be fair I went as soon as they opened. Obviously at that time there is no wait. They 3 staff I encountered were all very friendly. I picked up the order to go. Only 4 stars because there were no napkins in the bag. I know that’s trivial and I could have checked, but if you are picking up order to go I expect napkins in the bag. I would recommend Einstein though.

This was my first visit to an Einstein Bagels and it was awesome. The smell of all the freshly cooked bagels was so refreshing. The restaurant was really clean. The service was great and the young lady that waited on us was really helpful with all our questions. The food was really good and tasted so fresh. Looking forward to another wonderful bagel sooner than later.

I had an issue with the online ordering. I am a regular at the Bedford, TX Einstein’s off of airport freeway. My order went through but did not show up at the store. I went and showed my app, email, and bank account statement. One of the employees (who I asked her and the GM for her name and did not receive) berated me saying, “There must be something wrong with you” and saying stuff under her breath afterward. The GM Tear Watts (not sure on spelling wouldn’t give me his name either) stepped in but did not help the situation. I asked for my sandwich so I could go about my day. Then they went to make my sandwich while speaking about me to the other employee within earshot. I was made to feel like a theif and talked down on over a breakfast sandwich I paid for. This location has done this to me one time before with the same employee and GM. I will not be going back and hope something is done about the awful customer service I received

I had a great experience visiting this place! Although my order was accidentally mixed up at first, the lady who helped me quickly made it right and spoke to me with genuine kindness and professionalism. The food was delicious, and the level of service truly made my visit special. I appreciate how well I was taken care of – I left happy and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff, especially the lady who assisted me, for turning a small mistake into a positive memory! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Except for the cashier, the service at this location was horrible. Ordered a farmhouse breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. They gave us the sandwich on the wrong bagel. When asked to fix the error, there were no apologies, the ladies behind the counter were very rude and the remade sandwich was burned! We will never be revisiting this location. Retrain your people.
