This keeps getting poorer reviews and the the time I even go looking for it, I have to leave one not only for the business hours not being added to the listing, but the person in charge of taking care of this listing and providing customers with relevant information and business hours. I know that someone else complained about Google maps taking you to a Starbucks instead. This is exactly what happened to me and they have been told before to fix the issue. However, as of today it hasn’t been corrected. I’ll just go to another place to get a bagel.

“Our bacon is thick cut.” On the nanometer scale? They are now using that super thin precooked bacon like you get at McDonalds and still charging the same price as they did when they actually served thick cut bacon. The outside of my bag was slathered in some sauce that wasn’t used on my sandwich with no attempts to wipe it off.

I usually come to get my breakfast here but they always take such a long time.
They had me waiting for 20 minutes or more and they took so long to prepare my order and still got it wrong and it’s not the first time they do this.
The manager is great but those kids working there just can’t do their job correctly.

Drive-through service was slow and very rude. When you place your order to the window and you tell them everything you want as far as condiments and they don’t put anything in there. I waited for at least three minutes for the girl to even turn around and acknowledge that I was still sitting in my car waiting for her assistance.. So she started to argue with me. And then she got annoyed because I needed something else. And on top of that, the bagel wasn’t even toasted as requested. This is my third trip to the store and I will not return to that location ever again and we just moved out that way.
