Einstein Bagels has a friendly team behind the counter the staff are polite and welcoming. That said, service seems to stop at the register. The dining area doesn’t appear to get much attention, with floors that clearly haven’t been swept in some time and tables that could use more upkeep. Coffee stations also go unchecked, so if you’re looking for a fresh refill, you may be left waiting or have to ask. Overall, the bagels are solid and the staff pleasant, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and coffee maintenance takes away from the experience.

We love the atmosphere and the staff. We have returned to this location for 10 years because of our positive experiences. The bagels here are so much better than the mini locations nearer to us. We drive past 2 Einstein’s to get to this one. Chris (Manager?) is very nice and friendly, always open to a chat and suggestions on how to improve my bagel. Most Importantly, they still serve open face bagels. The store is clean and well stocked on coffee supplies. It’s a stark contrast to the lousy Einstein’s at Legacy/Independence.

This is the best Einstein’s that I have been to. The manager (Lorrie) goes the extra mile to make sure you are greeted immediately and completely satisfied with your order. The staff is always friendly and the manager is always attentive and working hard.

Moving from the foodie state of California, I’m pretty picky with food. First time trying Einstein and the bagel was jus tokay. We had Noah’s bagel in Cali and it was by far one of the best bagel I’ve had. Einstein bagel is on the dry side, the dough was not soft enough.
The gourmet bagel is pretty good
We had pizza bagel and it was way tooo salty that my elementary kids (who loves pizza) refused to eat them

Rudest customer service ever experienced at an Einstein’s location! Ordered the nova scotia lox bagel-thought was open face as in past, came out whole sandwich, requested to be cut-heavy set lady shouted “NO-we don’t do that anymore due to cross contamination.” Told her wife in hospital and no sharp knife-she said have a nice day. Really, are you saying they don’t have proper dishwashing machine to reach correct temperature for any of their food handing tools? BS EXCUSE. And she told me quite sternly, I should of requested to be cut when I ordered, pointing out the error was on my part; not customer service friendly at all. This sandwich use to be best ever when open face, now when you bite into it, everything start to ooze out of the sandwich. No fun at all when someone shouts at you the NO WORD and then lecture you in front of other customers. I just left before I gave her a dose of a customer service lecture as loud as she shouted at me. Called the store#2745 in Plano off of Parker Road/DNT – no answer and after 18 rings I hung up. No surprise they didn’t answer the phone. I want a refund and will never be back to this location!

Staff was rude and I had worst bagel sandwiches I ever had from Einstein bros.
I ordered garden avocado – The tomato in it was green, and avocado chunks were just not good either.
It actually quite amazing that almost everyone was rude from staff, was it a bad day there or someone compromised the whole team. In any case something has to be done here.
