I cannot possibly comprehend how service can be this inconsistent. There will be days that you go in and get exactly what you want within five minutes. There will bee other times that you will walk in when you are their only customer, but you will wait upwards of twenty minutes for a bagel sandwich. Though the bagels taste good, the service is just too inconsistent for me to rely on them.

Ridiculous. Avoid. I asked for a nova lox, which I’ve gotten from multiple different Einstein Bros, and from here I end up with a bagel that has cream cheese, capers, two huge slices of tomato, I mean absolutely gigantic tomato, and two slices of nova lox that are paper thin and about an inch long. They could have said they were out of lox, they could have said they didn’t know how to make it, but I actually had to wait almost twelve minutes for that nonsense.
