Wonderful food and a wonderful staff. Was busy because of the time of day, but they were extremely kind and accommodating. The wait wasnt even very long all things considered! Food was delicious and the staff was very kind! Will absolutely be coming to this location again!

My husband and I have enjoyed Einstein’s for years. When we travel we check the area for a cafe. Because we love the bagels, the coffee and the service, we wanted to let others know. First the service, with “Mark” as a leader, our favorite location always provides an exceptional visit. He is kind, friendly, greets individuals (usually by name), exhibits high regard and respect for the employees, he’s helpful (jumps in with taking orders, register work, etc.) when it gets busy. He’s the greatest PR person for the cafe, products, etc. We also want to mention two employees who were exceptional during our most recent visit. “Charles” (I believe Mark called him “Chuck,” was informative, efficient and accurate. He was pleasant, smiled and was friendly. Another individual was “Taylor.” He was also at the register, making specialty drinks, organizing, checking stock, cleaning, etc. He was also friendly and helpful. All the staff were attentive to their job, even when Mark was not present; that’s impressive. Mark seems to have a system, a manner in which the work is to be done, what the customers have grown to expect. He teaches and role models it for his employees, and gets it, all while being respectful and acknowledging their value. The bagels and coffee, excellent. Coffee always hot, bagels fresh and breakfast sandwiches worth the price. We have lots of favorites, but especially love the apple cinnamon, it’s like dessert! We love the product consistency, regardless of which Einstein’s we choose. We’ve visited Einstein’s locations all over Missouri, Colorado, and Champaign,Illinois…love and appreciate the friendliness, welcome feeling, and the food!

I did a online order for bakers dozen 4 everything 3 garlic 3 pretzel and 3 asiago with onion and garlic spread and 2 egg and bacon and chedder on everything bgl. They where super packed with customers so I can understand the slow service. I did not get what I ordered i should have looked my bgl sandwichs did not come on everything bgls like I ordered came on plane, my 13 bgls were not right as I got 3 pretzel only one that was right not one everything bgl ordered 4 ,one garlic ordered 3 no asiago at all ordered 3 ,5 plane not ordered so I have to say I will not be back till they can get the system down.

This is my favorite Einsteins to go to. Theyre always super friendly, kind and welcoming. The manager is so nice and accommodating and good looking (wink, wink) if you want eye candy to go with your schmear, check out the cutie behind the counter.

Ordered out for Thanksgiving breakfast. Bagel box was delicious and sandwiches were as well. We didn’t interact with the staff much, as we placed our order online and picked up from the station. The person who answered the phone was friendly and informative, though!

The management at this location is top tier. Angie and Mark go above and beyond in taking care of guests. They greet my wife and I immediately and are very personable. We often request changes to the menu items and the staff is quick to respond. Still no inside dining but the staff and management are a pleasure and treat to see every time we visit.

This place is great and convenient for grabbing a bite while running errands or before work. This time, I placed a pickup order, opting for the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich and a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. I customized my sandwich by choosing the green chile bagel instead of the standard cheesy hash brown. The cold brew was perfectly made, with just the right balance of coffee and sweetness. I appreciate the flexibility when ordering, allowing me to change the bagel type, egg preferences, and even request thinly sliced bagels.
My only concern is that pickup orders are left near the entrance, making them accessible to anyone, vulnerable to tampering or accidental pickup by others.

The staff is so welcoming and polite. The atmosphere is one of family friend. The bagels are the best in Missouri. It is always a pleasure to go there. It is one of the few places where the manager is actually up front and personal.
