It’s okay. The bagels are not great. If you don’t compare it to any other NYC bagel place, you’ll probably like it but if you have such a place as a reference you’ll be sorely disappointed. They barely put any cream cheese.

Called in a fairly large order and employees were all very friendly and helpful! All of the food was very well made and Brunch Box was perfect to feed 5 people and have leftovers! The garden spread is very good, and that’s saying a lot because I don’t like cream cheese!

These are the best bagels! We placed an order for our church for carry out. Stephanie took our order, she carefully explained all of our options in detail, her customer service was above and beyond! Our order was ready on time, correct and was packaged with great care. Everyone enjoyed the various choices of flavors! We will definitely be ordering for our church again! I highly recommend Einstein Bros Bagels at 901 W University in Champaign IL for amazing customer service and delicious bagels!

Wow! I pulled in here on a whim, and I’m glad I did. I had their Texas Brisket Egg breakfast sandwich, and I would have to rank it in the top 3 breakfast Sandwiches I’ve ever had. On top of having a great sandwich, the lobby and eating area are very clean and inviting. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends.

I used to go here every day. I had forgotten how good the food and coffee is here. The staff are not quite as friendly as they were back when I went here daily, but they were still relatively friendly.

Texas brisket is actually a game changer! My favourite thing there. Latte was pretty bad like a watered down pot coffee with foam on top. The staff are always amazing and friendly.

I’ve had good experiences but also really bad experiences, depending on the day and staff. Usually it’s great. One time I got a turkey sandwich and they left off the turkey. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU’RE THERE. All in all it’s an OK place.

It was a quick and efficient experience. The bagels were tasty and exactly as ordered. My order taker didn’t seem too enthused to be there but since there was little interaction customer service wasn’t impacted.
