One of the best Einstein Bagels shops I have gone to. I made the order 10 minutes before I got there. If you go in store to buy, the staff is not truthful and they do not tell you ahead of time the terms of a code. ALSO the new staff on Sunday made my order incorrectly. They mixed the bagels and made the wrong bagel for my veg out sandwiches. I will provide the picture to show yl the top and bottom of my sandwich, also it didn’t have all the ingredients in the veg out either. I used to love this location but this time not so much.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the staff walked by me several times. Never acknowledged me. There was only one other person in the store. Bagel was stale and don’t get me started on how expensive one bagel is. I have been going to Einstein for a while in the interest of helping a local busniess. But there are better choices. If you want to get bad service and over pay Einstein is for you.

Food quality has been getting worse over the past few months. It has been sad to see. Won’t be trying again for a very long time. Maybe by then the seating will be open. It’s sad that customers have to walk down the street to each on a park bench on the side of the road, when there is a whole dining area that no one is allowed to use. Funny how Covid doesn’t seem to exist anywhere else in downtown Naperville. It’s crazy that Covid is afraid of Einsteins threshold and just stays inside their restaurant. 2023 at every other restaurant and shop, but still March of 2020 at Einsteins.

Worst service ever. Non existent service. Went this morning about 11AM. No tables to sit down at, they were all shoved in a corner. Stood in line for about 10 minutes. Finally I was the third person to order, then time just stopped. The staff seemed like they were filling online orders and just ignored the waiting customers that at this point was out the door. After another 20 minutes of just standing I finally had to leave. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Placed mobile order 20 minutes away from store, arrived and waited another 20 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge and bring order to pick up station. Do not come here if you are in a hurry because you’ll spend your whole morning there with snail workers.
