Excellent Love this place. The staff is so welcoming I think the Manager Bonnie? But she is always moving and makes sure the food items are fresh and tasty. Best Coffee Vanilla Hazelnut always HOT!

Took my online order and never fulfilled it. I never got an order confirmation, yet they charged my card. I called the store multiple times during business hours, but no one ever answered the phone. Annoying how there was no notification that the store must have been closed that Monday. Got a sassy response back from corporate too offering me “courtesy points” to my Einstein rewards account rather than an actual refund. A courtesy to ME after taking my money for something THEY didn’t even fulfill. What a joke.

I walked in and waited for like 8 minutes in an empty restaurant while 4 people ignored me. It was around noon. No “I’ll be with you in a minute” It was really weird and uncomfortable. Someone finally took my order and the nova lox bagel was mid. They didn’t even cut it all the way. Go to great American bagel

I always order from here and the food NEVERRR disappoints. Its so good that I even have the medical reps for our office catering our lunches from here! lol. I get the jalapeno bagel with the jalapeño spread and a caramel cold brew. 10/10!

If you love bagels, you have to try Einstein bagels. Very tasty bagels and a large variety at a reasonable price.
This is a pretty large location in downtown Naperville that has entrance on two separate streets. The rent must be a killer. Hope they’re doing good enough business to pay for it all

One of the best Einstein Bagels shops I have gone to. I made the order 10 minutes before I got there. If you go in store to buy, the staff is not truthful and they do not tell you ahead of time the terms of a code. ALSO the new staff on Sunday made my order incorrectly. They mixed the bagels and made the wrong bagel for my veg out sandwiches. I will provide the picture to show yl the top and bottom of my sandwich, also it didn’t have all the ingredients in the veg out either. I used to love this location but this time not so much.

Einstein’s downtown Naperville was disappointing. The huge empty wooden area by the door made the place look unfinished, and there was no music or vibe at all. Unfortunately, a visibly unkempt person was sitting in the seating area, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The food was poorly presented—bland and lacking care. They need to add seating, music, and improve food presentation to bring back the energy and quality this spot deserves.
Side Note: Parking was horrendous. Drove around for 20+ minutes.
