Someone finally came out from the back and the girl–who made it seem like she was inconvenienced by us–helped my friend with her mobile order then completely ignored me then after I got her attention this is the pathetic item I got (I’ve uploaded a pic). This must be the saddest sandwich I ever bought, Thank God I opened it and looked at it …it came with extra ingredients ( see picture below) let’s not talk about the service smh, they rush you and then when you repeat your order to make sure is right they hit you with an angry response I GOT THAT! I said it 3 times that I wanted no tomato and guess what I got on my sandwich “ tomato “ …I will never order from this location again! In the world we live in right now you should try and do better !

Called to make an order this morning I called 5 different times no one answered the phone? I have no issues with being on hold but why do you guys have a phone number if no one answers….I decided to come check out the store only to find the customer service was awful and I just left. Really upsetting it would’ve been my first time being at your restaurant but apparently it you guys already have an issue with employees being ignorant. Wont be coming back. I’m sure the food is great but you guys obviously need to work on your customer service skills

Good bagel shop! They tend to run out of the popular bagel flavors before 11 so go early if you’re looking for something specific. This place hasn’t reopened their dine in area so don’t expect to eat there.
