Staff was fast and Friendly. It was my first time there. They were patient as I ordered I had and egg sandwiches that was so good it hit the spot for breakfast. I also others a bagel with cream cheese in the side to just try the bagels. It was good. But I really like the great American bagel. More. It was good but not my favorite.

The tasty turkey sure got small. We order 3. One still had paper in it. They all had disgusting greenish tomatoes. I would rather them tell me that they had no tomatoes then to serve me what they did. It’s a shame. They used to be so good. Quality and quality has declined so much. The BEST breakfast sandwiches. The SOFTEST bagels. It’s like biting into a dream. Seriously I just told everyone to leave me alone while I eat it. So good. I get the sausage egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. No ripping the bread with your teeth like panera or anywhere else. It’s the easiest bite of breakfast sandwich you’ll take. Go get one. The jalapeños are spicy. Which for me is a plus. The green chilli bagel is delicious too and a little less spicy. Just yumm

If I could have given them no stars I would have. Stood inline for at least 5 min before anyone turned around to acknowledge me and they told me to move to register to take my order stood another 5 min before someone came to the register to help me. Never once letting me know they were short staffed or apologizing for the long wait. I can understand being short staffed but at least let the customer know. Then they were out of the bagel I wanted so I said no thank you and walked out and he said the man at the register to me. Very rude and very disappointing
