Free Parking was easy on Sunday around 1230pm, it was fast and easy to order. The food came out fast and it was good, the drinks were sweeter than I expected so maybe next time I’ll order something else. They close at 2pm on Sunday so we didn’t stay there longer, but it was a good experience, the staff was ok, not bad or great.
Overall experience was good, we will come back and try other items from the menu.

This was my first time visiting Einstein Bros. Bagels since moving to the U.S. from London, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
I was placing an order for my family and waiting on a text from my wife to confirm what she and the kids wanted. As the messages came through, I needed to make a couple of small changes to the order. The employee taking the order became visibly annoyed, huffing, puffing, and tapping the counter while I was still ordering. When I changed the type of bagel for my own order at the last second, he reacted the same way again.
At that point I asked what the problem was, and he just mumbled under his breath. I asked to speak to a manager and he went into the back. When the manager came out, the situation still wasn’t handled professionally and no real effort was made to address the issue.
I asked several times for the employee’s name and was only given it after repeatedly asking. His name was Ben.
The whole experience felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving without buying anything.
For a first visit, this was extremely disappointing customer service.

From the moment I walked into Einstein Bros. Bagels in Glen Ellyn, I knew I had found a true neighborhood gem! This place consistently delivers fresh, delicious bagels, friendly service, and an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel like catching up with old friends. I wanna give my thanks to some of the staff there, Maddie and Cortney for reassuring me of my food, clod brew and making sure its great. Will definitely be coming back!!

My personal favorite is the maple house sandwich, Cortney always knows what I want and it is always made perfect, and Monica is also one of my favorite workers there, she always has my food ready and hot within minutes.

went in at 7:30 AM to get a sandwich and a coffee, the service from a few girls was immediately dismissive & more than half of the bagel case was completely empty. i was told store was out of 3 different bagels i tried to order and given no direction on substitutions. i finally asked for a different bagel just to try and find a solution and then they forgot half the items on the sandwich, it was cold to the touch upon immediately unwrapping it and the presentation is less than appetizing. $9 for this sandwich when it looks like this, is cold & you are missing multiple key ingredients is super disappointing. additionally, i tried to order a medium coffee and was told they were out of medium cups & i would have to order and pay for a large unless i wanted a small. used to love it here but i am extremely disappointed & confused with the service and the lack of product stock at 7:30 in the morning?? don’t think i will be returning.

I used to door dash from here but always had issues with missing items. I came here for breakfast since the food is good but the employees are so awful to the customers. They also forgot our coffees and when we tried to go back to get them they insisted we didn’t get coffee. Our bank account states otherwise! We will not be back for breakfast because of the cheating rude employees.

Unfortunately I have to give this location a 1 star. It was my first tume buying here, the food was ok but the service was terrible. The employee didn’t said a single word to me. Almost if like he had speech impediment but of course not he was just rude. I asked for a coffee, and he literally trew the cup to me. I felt stupid. There’s nothing worse than dealing with a rude employee on a Monday morning.

Reminds me of Cheers – Everyone of the staff knows the customers name & the atmosphere is friendly not rushed & staff is patient. It was my first time but I witnessed a lot & felt welcomed & like a regular. Food was great made fresh & I left out wishing there were more locations in the area.

We ordered two Texas brisket with two eggs each and were charged accordingly. Both sandwiches came with one egg and very little brisket. We’ve tried calling twice to talk to someone about it and no one answers the phone. Time to find a new breakfast spot that is worthy of 20.00 for two breakfast sandwiches.
