My first visit to any Einstein Bagel location. I am impressed by the way store layout, clean dining room with carpeted floor, and of course delicious Avocado Veg sandwich and Jalapeño cheddar bagel with chip and orange juice. Kudos to manager and rest of the team. Keep it up. You gave me reason to comeback.

There is a wonderful woman that greets my service dog and specially delivers her a dog bagel. I believe she is the manager. Jolie, my dog, knows where we are at when I pull into the drive through and looks for her. Jolie knows I order that doggie bagel every time. Honestly everyone is amazing at that store. Look, I’ve always enjoyed Einstein Bagels. They’re fresh & light providing just the right amount of crisp. Fresh means they avoid the bread like bagels of grocery stores, or the chew toys of some other shops…right across the street!
That said, when I entered I was greeted by a teen boy with a good attitude & even cracked a smile. You might expect this from a lady, but when was the last time you experienced a teen boy having a good attitude about anything? It’s a clear indication of the kind of intentionality of the team atmosphere being built. I like it. I like it a lot!

Went in today to order some sandwiches. Can’t believe it that within year that the General Manager Pretty has changed the place around. Love the young generation working at the store very energetic and polite. This place is in good hands.

I come to this Einstein at least once a week and it’s always nice to see Preeti’s friendly face. She always remembers my order and she’s always pleasant and of course the food is top notch every time. You just need to make more chocolate chip cookies as they always seem to be out when I come! I love Einstein bagels but their service is very poor. I visited there and their drive thru was closed. When we entered there was only one person taking the orders and packing them.
There was a long line, the person was not at all helpful and was very rude in communicating. I understand he was alone and definitely the the store was shortstaffed but during holiday season possibly the company can hire more people as per the demand.
I was in line for 10 minutes then a lady joined and all through that time she was just standing there and did not plan to help anybody or cashier.
I did ask him to slice my bagels but when I reached home to eat them they were not sliced at all. Instructions for not fully followed and it definitely does disheartens me to tell that the service was very bad

Employees behind the counter were friendly and helpful. The medium roasted coffee was out. Informed them a male worker came out to replace the empty one, I thanked him as he walked by, looked at me and walked by. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me so on the way back I thanked him again with no response. I filled my coffee cup and left.
I will not go back to this location as there are others that will treat their customers better.
