Would not recommend at all (see photos). Mistakes happen and I get that. What shouldn’t happen is a customer being fed attitude driven excuses by stressed out employees as you ask to exchange something that clearly wasn’t right. Then, they only gave me 5 out of the 6 bagels I ordered 🙁 This happened several times with this place and ultimately it should be expressed for others to avoid similar situations. At bare minimum, beyond any food, you should at least treat your customers with respect. Too bad I have to even give a single star to review.

I love Einstein bagels but their service is very poor. I visited there and their drive thru was closed. When we entered there was only one person taking the orders and packing them.

I love this place! The food is amazing and the staff is great, my only concern is with how dirty the inside of the store is. Bagels were not fully covered to prevent flies from walking on them. Floors and counters look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while and they don’t have inside seating. I really hope this changes soon.

Some of the reviews date from when they were understaffed. Until early 2023, it was hard for all fast food places to find workers. Yet… since the start of March, 2023, lines have been short; service has been fast; and I’ve been there often. My orders have always been correct. I love the many choices of bagels (must be over 20 different kinds) and bagel sandwiches (at least a 10 different types). The people who work there are personable. 5 stars – reasonably priced.

Guy at drive thru lies and said my order wasn’t ready yet but was being made. Several minutes later later, he asked for my name again. Serval minutes later he repeated a wrong name and said he’s “not seeing the order”. I confronted him and pointed out he lied and my order hadn’t been started this entire time. When I showed him my Grubhub order on my phone he said “oh I didn’t know it was Grubhub”. I had to leave to pick up my daughter for school and never got my order after 10 minutes in the drive thru. His attitude was the worst part.

I recently had a VERY BAD experience at this location and believe I was a victim of racial bigotry. While trying to redeem a coupon for 2 free bagels I was told the Cheddar Jalapeño bagels were not included. When I offered to pay the difference the young man told me, “Nope” even though every other location I’ve been to would allow this. So I ordered two non gourmet bagels and then noticed when I got home that he charged me extra for them. So not only was he rude and a liar but a thief as well. I’ve been a longtime rewards member of Einstein Bros. Bagels and I know this location is not the norm but I sent an email to customer service but have not yet received a response. I’ll never buy another bagel from any of their locations.

Extremely rude customer service. When I walked in that was not acknowledged for being there for over 5 minutes. Finally when my order was ready they forgot one of the drinks and I had to remind them, seemingly making them unhappy about the situation of working there. I do not recommend going to this location.

On (4/15/23) I ordered (x2) Bacon-Avocado Tomato Sandwiches with (x2) eggs each and extra bacon for (x1) of them. One sandwich was ordered on the Spinach Florentine Bagel and the other on a Green Chile Bagel. The cashier re-confirmed the order details correctly. It took a while to receive the order. Once received, neither had extra eggs or extra bacon, and both were on plain bagels.

I recently reviewed this location to post an awful experience that I had in which I believe I was the victim of racial bigotry. The owner responded and suggested I contact customer service rather than deal with the problem themselves. I’ve contacted customer service twice regarding this incident and received no reply which makes me believe that Einstein Bros. Bagels doesn’t take this problem seriously.
