Used to be my favorite spot to get breakfast on the weekend, I got Einstein’s at least once a week for the past 2 years. Lately been very disappointed. The past 3 times I’ve gone (I always do a mobile pick up order) they have COMPLETELY screwed up my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and always get the Garden Avocado, the past 3 times they have given me a bacon sandwich… that doesn’t even have Avocado on it so idk how they could possibly mistaken that. I thought 1 time was a fluke, okay it happens. The next 2 after that is just ridiculous. That’s on me though for not checking my sandwich before I leave the store, but i feel i should be able to assume I got the right sandwich I ordered.

Don’t get out here as much as I should but whenever I do, have always had great customer service, awesome fresh bagel sandwiches and coffee.
Venue is always kept super clean, extensive menu with reasonable prices and still continue to come back during these difficult times.
I’m fortunate to still be employed full time and am able to support my family as well as ailing businesses such as these guys.
As long as EBB keeps serving up their famous bagels & coffee with great service, I’ll continue to show my support.

The first time trying the Maple Bacon, with 2 eggs. They forgot the 2nd egg, but went out of the way to make the moment right. Also, the guy with braids, suggested an energy drink, with passionfriuit, so next time in, that’s what I got. Liked it more than my first one Energy Spritz.
The 2nd visit, had a great time, great food, no issues.
Throwback, I remember when this Einstein Brother’s Bagel so had a line out the door… Same time Caribou Coffee, next door had a line out their door, too. Those were the days of cravings and no cellphones or order-ahead. Still darn good food served by darn good people.

Food looks great but cant place an order because the website won’t add anything to my cart. Some people have disabilities and cant just call to place an order. Tried several time to order with no luck. Guess someone else gets my money.

I like the bagels just sucks they got a charge extra for all the specialty ones. Also one thing I wish they had would be sunny side up eggs for the sandwiches. But anyways they still got delicious breakfast sandwiches

I had a great experience coming here! I really like the cinnamon sugar bagel whoever is making these bagels is doing a great job. I also really like the person who helped me today her name was Jasmine she was super sweet! Overall loved my experience 10/10

Just not a authentic bagel shop experience Store is not clean employees not wearing hair nets either. The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Einstein bagels, as they closed the store that was on my way to work. Used to go in once or twice a week, I think this is the first time I’ve been in a year. Missed my chocolate chip bagel fix.

I love my bagels and my experience here offered a great selection of savory bagels and great tasting cream cheeses on said bagels! Service was always with a smile and the staff were friendly. My only complaint come from one who uses the internet during most of my outings. With internet dropping occasionally, mixed in with internet speeds on average of 1 Mbps, I didn’t find this place to be a conducive environment to do my online buisness. But that being said, this place of bagels had some amazing options to satisfy your bagel itch!
