I love my bagels and my experience here offered a great selection of savory bagels and great tasting cream cheeses on said bagels! Service was always with a smile and the staff were friendly. My only complaint come from one who uses the internet during most of my outings. With internet dropping occasionally, mixed in with internet speeds on average of 1 Mbps, I didn’t find this place to be a conducive environment to do my online buisness. But that being said, this place of bagels had some amazing options to satisfy your bagel itch!

We have visited this location several times for pickup orders, placed online. Usually things go fine but this time was not great. We tried to place the order online ahead of time like we usually do for a scheduled pickup. However the app placed the order to be ready as soon as possible, and we raced to go get it.

The food is great. Well, accept for their Chocolate coffee cake. That’s just awful. My main gripe is that their brunch box says 4 blueberry muffins yet I never receive 4 blueberry muffins. It’s either 2 blueberry and 2 chocolate or 4 chocolate. Sometimes even the bagels are 2 or more of the chocolate. Clearly they’re not a huge hit and you’re trying to get rid of them. My replacement order was even wrong. Do better.

Waited to get my order taken and pay when no one was behind the counter except for one dude making sandwiches. Was told at the register the girl couldn’t take my order I would have to wait somewhere to her left to have someone show up to do that. No seating available inside. No crowd control devices to control the flow of customer traffic. No signs saying “order here” and “pay here”. No customer service. Wouldn’t know if the food is good because I left after that wait and interaction to go to an establishment that was willing to take my order and let me pay them for food.
