Love this place glad they’re finally open again. Nice people and they are hiring as of now! Only thing is be very careful driving in their entrance it is ridiculously steep but I doubt thats in their control.

Last few times I’ve gone the pizza bagels have been terrible. They used to be crispy with perfectly melted cheese. Lately they appear to have thrown in a microwave and come out incredibly greasy and doughy. And to top it off I ordered a large hot drink and they only filled it 2/3’s of the way. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

I love going here for breakfast but I did not love getting home with my order today and seeing a large portion of my bagel burnt… I wasn’t informed or offered the option of a new one, I would have been more than happy to wait for a new one to be made, just disappointing, seems like nobody cares.

i got an iced latte and a hot coffee from here and both were really good. they were a little more expensive than what i would typically pay for. the only issue was the iced latte was super sweet and kinda warm. when making their iced lattes they should stir in the flavor and then add the ice and move it around and push it to the bottom so the whole drink is cold. other than that tho it was good and the staff was really nice.

Super regular eater there. Lately the bacon is more like Prosciutto, the sausage is pressed and dry. Never used to be this way. The bagel sandwich is now not cut and the ingredients are on half, smear vary’s from 1/2mm to 2cm’s. Owner, go spend some time there please. *UPDATE* 4/11 no response from Einstein Bagel Owner. That answers that.

The long message: Usually Einstein’s is fantastic, but today it was absolutely disgusting. I bought the Farmhouse bagel with the hashbrown and a medium sugar-free caramel macchiato. The Bagel looked like it was barely cooked/toasted. The flavor of the coffee tasted sour like the cream was bad (or maybe the sugar free syrup just sucks). AND ABOVE ALL ELSE . Absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. What a waste of $15 (which is, by the way, OVERPRICED).

Awful! Extremely dissatisfied. I am not usually one to write reviews. But this experience was lack luster at best. I placed an order ahead to be ready for pickup at 7:30 for 12 bagels sandwiches. When I got there at 7:32 they had not even started making it. Then one worker proceeded to make them all while others just stood around and watched. I expressed that I was in a hurry. Now I’m running late for an important meeting because of their poor planning. What is the point of placing an order ahead. Never again!!!

Foods always very good, service is okay. Never been inside but every time I go through the drive through it take 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Recommend ordering ahead, it’s alot faster. They had forgotten to add bacon to my sandwich last time and I had gone inside to ask for some bacon and the, staff were teenagers, I got called “just a bit silly” for wanting the missing bacon I suppose lol. I’m not sure what that means, but i got my bacon

The food is great but the service sucks. They put extra stuff in our bag so we thought it wasn’t our order. We brought it up to them to trade out, and we weren’t upset. The blonde chick that helped us was so rude. She explained to me that they put the muffins in there as extra. I said oh, got ya! Thanks. She sneered and shut her little drive thru window on us.

I absolutely love this place. When I went to the high school next door this was my go-to spot. Einsteins has never failed and when I forgot my wallet (one time, I was rushing) they offered to pay for my meal. (They got a $20 tip the next day) I would just like to emphasize that this was the one place I had to eat at the day before my wedding because I just love it so much that there’s nothing else to compare it to. Thank you Einsteins and all the staff, who constantly give my mornings a good jump start to the day with their positivity! ❤️❤️❤️
