Good food super slow service. Just waited 10 plus minutes for a single coffee because someone wanted a dozen bagels toasted… how bout have them pull forward so everyone else can get their single items?

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Einstein bagels EVER. I was excited to take my boyfriend who had never been to one before and is my favorite bagel shop. Neither one of us were given receipts, and the cashier charged me $1.55 for smear when I ordered a bagel sandwich; it should have been included or less than a dollar at the least. Furthermore they gave me less smear than I have ever gotten in my life. They were completely out of orange juice at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. After feeling rushed through and like I was being needy for ordering Smear we waited 10 minuets for our food, which was sub par. Will never go to this location again. I will post this with a photo of the smear given to me on their fb page.

I usually love this place but I just went through the drive thru at 1130am and it took me 10 minutes to get my food. Place wasn’t busy either and when I got my sandwich it looked like the hulk had crushed it with his bare hands when putting it into the bag.
