This location delivered a solid overall experience with room to elevate. The dining area was generally clean, and the staff presented themselves as polite and professional. Customer service was responsive—when tomatoes were mistakenly added to my order despite a clear request for none, the issue was corrected quickly and without attitude. That kind of accountability matters.
The food itself was good—well-prepared, satisfying, and consistent with brand expectations. I would return based on flavor alone.
That said, execution separates good from great. Drink service lagged noticeably, which disrupted the flow of the meal. While there were no heavily soiled tables, some surfaces had crumbs and should have been wiped down more proactively. Even during slower moments, clean tables are part of the presentation. Ambience is silent marketing.
One key observation: the young lady preparing our food stepped away from the line to handle another task and returned without changing gloves. In today’s climate, guests are highly aware of sanitation standards. Glove changes aren’t optional—they’re visual reassurance.
Overall, this was a good experience with strong potential. Tighten up drink timing, reinforce glove protocol, and stay sharp on table maintenance, and this location can easily move from good to standout. Fair critique. Respect where it’s due.

Best way to beat the cold in the morning. Hot egg, bagel, and whatever sandwiches and hot coffee/tea. Don’t ask me why people were ordering iced coffees in 9*F weather. Boggling. Half the reason I got coffee was to warm my hands.

I was very excited in trying this Einstein Bagel place, but the Customer service is horrible. If they don’t want to come to work then don’t or just retire. The lady who took our order, Elsa is very rude. She needs to learn how to speak to the customers. She does not know how to greet people. Also, when my order was ready she just slammed my food on the table without any interaction like this is a charity or something. May be because my wife wears scarf because this lady was talking to white folks very friendly and respectfully, and personally handing them their food order. Why cant we just treat people same?
I also ordered Iced Carmel macchiato and i got cold brew instead and when i went up to the lady she gave me a side eye and she gave me hot macchiato and added the ice cubes.
Will not be coming back to this place.

If I could I would give this location 3.5. The bagels are pretty good, service was alright, but the main concern I have is the pricing. 8-9 dollars for one bagel sandwich alone is steep. I could get three breakfast sandwiches at Kwik Trip for a similar price. The cashier also assumed that we wanted 2 egg whites on each bagel (additional charge) when we were never asked. The restaurant was pretty clean, the bagels came out quickly but were a little cold.

We had read the reviews before going to this location, so we weren’t expecting much and were cautious based on other reviews. However, I know every business can have bad days and customer preferences vary, and it was close to where we were staying, so we took a chance. We are glad we did. Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was spacious and clean. It wasn’t very buy during our time there, so maybe that contributed to our experience as well. Regardless, we had no complaints and would definitely revisit. Hopefully everyone can have the same experience we did!
