A little frustrated with my experience today. I ordered a cold brew and a turkey, bacon, avocado bagel sandwich. Cold brew came out quickly and was very tasty, but I waited 30min for the sandwich only for it to seem like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if it was coming out soon. Finally got my sandwich 10mins later. It was tasty, but not worth 2/3 of my lunch break waiting. No apology or refund offered.

After waiting an hour for one bagel i asked how much longer it would take and they said it wouldn’t be much longer so I waited for another 20 minutes and still did not get bagel. I asked for a refund and there were no apologies. This should not be happening even if it’s on a college campus.

I ordered a Turkey and Cheddar bagel sandwich. What I got was a bagel with some turkey and a slice of cheddar. It is supposed to have red onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and deli mustard.

I ordered applewood bacon & cheddar egg, with no cheese, extra bacon, added sausage, and no cream cheese. Instead i got a bagel with egg cheese, and cream cheese. All after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for this sandwich. While i understand they were busy, if i am to wait that long i would expect my sandwich to be made correctly. And with workers throwing sandwich’s onto the pickup table i was not pleased with service.

I LOVE the bagels and bagel sandwiches here! They’re so filling and very much worth the price. The Cheesy Hashbrown bagel is top tier. The only draw back is the coffee drinks are very sweet. But it’s easily solved by asking for 1/2 the syrup.

Hi Joseph again! Came back here only because my brother wanted to! ordered a bacon egg and cheede bagel with plain schmear. There was nowhere to sit and waited 45 minutes this time. Paid 2 dollars extra for that cream chese and got NONE❤️

We love everything about Einstein Bagel. From the texture and flavors they offer with shmears, to beverage choices. Nice to pick up a dozen on the go, a few for home, or to come in and meet friends. My all time favorite is the Bagel hotdog!

Lox and bagels on a campus in Mount Pleasant. That is awesome! Great place to get your caffeine, sugar or (in my case) lox fix. During peak traffic time it can be really busy and have a long-wait so keep that in mind.
