This place is always busy and the staff handles it extremely well. Food is fresh, staff is kind and attentive. Always look forward to getting breakfast or lunch here, been coming to this location for years. General manager Tom is always working hard and the pride in the store can be felt in the experience.

Used to really love it. We love the sesame bagels and cinnamon for the kids. The last few times I feel like they have been really stingy with the cream cheese. I may just buy the bagels and take it home to toast and do cream cheese on my own. I also don’t like that the cream cheese is whipped.

Bagels are great. I would’ve given 4 stars except for the employees . They never smile nor are they very welcoming. Just hand you your bagels, no “thank you”. They don’t look very happy in their jobs.

Overall a good experience, and I usually love coming to this place. The Bagel Lox had less lox than I expected and it is placed awkwardly on the bagel. The flavor was great though, and everything we ordered was included, except they did not give us napkins.

I was there recently, a bagel with cream cheese, coffee and a power bagel with nothing on it cost $10.86, the cream cheese they spread on it was about the amount of butter for toast…I literally felt they forgot to put it on.

When placing a online curbside order, you can pick pickup inside or curbside so, I chose curbside. They ask for the make and color of your vehicle WHY!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO GET YOUR ORDER. It should be removed from site because if for some reason you can’t go inside to pick up your order, your food is just sitting there getting COLD and your drink is MELTING!!!!
