Racist Experience! Me and a few members of my family walked into the location. At the time we were the only people in the store and the employees just looked at us and didn’t speak or acknowledge our presence (they were not busy they were just standing around). After we ordered our food we stepped back from the counter because their wasn’t any designated place to wait for the food. One of the employees rudely says “well can i help you guys with anything else because you’re just standing here and I need to help the other customer” (which was a white male). They handed us the food and I realized I didn’t receive the orange juice I ordered. It was never stated to me that I had to grab it from the cooler and once I asked I was told I had to grab it, usually that’s told when you place your order. The experience was terrible and I will never go back to that location. I felt belittled and I cannot believe me and my family were treated that way.

The first thing I look for in a establishment, is customer service, the way you are greeted and handle from the time u enter until the time u leave. I was very pleased from start to finish. My food was prepared perfectly and the food tech and cashier were wonderful!!!! Thank you so much for starting my morning off rite!
