After a 10 year hiatus, overseas is my home now, finally had Einstein again. Just as good as I remembered but more expensive nowadays. This location is great. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee and using their wifi is relaxing.

I went to Einstein Bagles this morning have not been to this location before 2 of the staff were really nice and helpful I spent $19.00 and some change when I got ready to pay for my order the young lady was rude ! I was asking her how do I use my points or get points she never answered or explain then she handed me my receipt and I Said I’m waiting on my sandwich and she responded just wait over there!! rude as ever I’m like wow won’t be back to this location I will stick with my regular location

I went in there this morning and ordered two bacon cheddar Jalepeno bagels . I come all the way to work and received the wrong bagels. Called the store 5 times until they answered their phone to let them know i didn’t receive the right items nor a receipt and the manager Brenda gets on the phone give me attitude and tells me she don’t remember me being in there this morning as if I was lying . Truly was baffled after hearing such words as if I am lying. I have better things to do than come back up there and lie about bagels . Worst location ever ! They need training on customer service and how to take care of customers.

Bagels are good but it’s kind of a rip off. I asked to sub turkey with an egg since I’m vegetarian. They said they’d charge me for the extra egg (even though I wasn’t getting the turkey). So I paid 6.50 for a flimsy sandwich with one egg.

Went here on a Saturday around 11:00 am and was helped by Jason. He was very polite, his customer service was outstanding, he’s very knowledgeable about the menu, and he didn’t make us feel rushed even though they were really busy. He made the difference in our Einstein Bros. experience. Clone this one, we need more people with his standards of quality!

I am trying to support local businesses, but Einstein Bros. Bagels on Canton Center Road has lost my business FOREVER! I stopped by today to make a purchase, and noticed one employee that was preparing my food was not wearing his mask correctly. (Only on his chin, mouth and nose were not covered) I asked the employee that was taking my payment if she could ask him to wear his mask correctly when preparing my food. He came over removing his gloves and began to tell me that he has a right not to wear his mask unless talking to people. He was rude and said that I should look up the law and understand this. I was not happy how rude he was. His name was Joe and I am not sure he is the owner or not, but for his rudeness and unwilling to wear a mask, I am NEVER going back. If you don’t mind workers not wearing masks, then good luck.
