I just want to start out by saying that this is my favorite location, for a few reasons (which I won’t get into). The bagels at Einstein are so fresh and delicious! The bagels themselves are good, but preparation is something to be desired – the last time I ordered food from here, I paid $4 for a bagel that was barely toasted, so the butter didn’t melt. I had to warm it up in the oven, completely defeating the purpose of having someone else prepare my food. Since the drive-thru wait times are always excessive (average 20 minutes; I’m not sure about the dining room), I highly suggest checking your order before pulling away. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

We have been customers of Einsteins for years. What happened to their regular Cream Cheese? What they give you now is horrible in the container!!!! We buy the bagels but have to run to Kroger and buy Philadelphia Cream cheese. Even one of their employees said many customers have complained even her own family. Please explain.

The Bagels are always so delicious from here! I usually run through the drive through on my way out of town and they are kind and quick! Lately they’ve been pretty short staffed so the drive through hasn’t been open but the employees are still quick and always apologetic for the wait. It’s my go to Bagel choice in Plymouth!
