First time here and it was really good. There was a group of locals that congregate twice a week there and have coffee and breakfast. It is that casual and comfortable. One of the employees knew it was our first time there and really took the time to go over how the orders are done. Will definitely go back.

I came in when the building first opened and was told by the lady preparing the bagels in the image I have below that usually the eggs are usually already made which is unsanitary. The lady at the cash register prepared my Bros Bay Breeze drink with no ice and didn’t fill it up all the way as y’all can see in the image below I asked her can she put more in the cup she and the other lady said they typically put ice in the drink so that’s why they barely filled it up but me asking for the drink with no ice was literally me wanting more drink in the cup she could’ve easily put more liquid inside of the cup and not left it quarter way full especially since all they did was use simply cranberry juice bottle with monin passion fruit syrup you can make that drink yourself easily without paying $4.19 for a large cup and get cheated out of the drink because you asked for no ice. I’m never going to this location again the service was horrible.

Haven’t had this for awhile. New to this location. I forgot how delicious. My favorite one. Honey wheat with jalepeno cream cheese. I will definitely be coming back.

I got a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese.The bagel was not toasted and I did not receive extra cream cheese.I did not check it because I trusted everything would be fine but when I got home, I was sadly disappointed.I ate what I could and took a picture after the fact it was decent, but i’m sadly disappointed to learn that not all the bagels are freshly made daily.Some are frozen.That was one of my main reasons coming

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. There’s a few ladies that work there in the morning they are really nice. Food was hot and fresh and the guys that made my coffee made sure i liked it. Definitely coming back here and not any other ones.

Had a horrible first ever experience in this location, did not even get a o order food as they completely ignored me at 10 o’clock in the morning, I stood there for 5 mins at what i thought was the right cash register and instead of the lady saying that ones closed or something she just ignored me, and then when somebody else came in and went up to the other register, the lady took his order!! I was so appalled I just left, never again will I try to spend money at this business

My husband and I usually come to this location during the week and the staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. We went today which is a Saturday and I would like to say that while the staff was friendly and pleasant the food was not made with love. They didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and my blended drink was watery. I’ll stick to the weekdays I guess.
