I’m leaving this review being a customer of this location for 15 years. The managers have always done a good job taking care of regular customers but recently my pregnant wife was picking up curb side due to having our infant daughter sleeping in the car. As she waiting watching an empty store from the car she called and was ignored 3 times. When she went into the store she simply asked if curbside pick up has a cut off time. The response of the employee was extremely defensive and to make matters worse the employee had a friend lounging around the store who decided to gang up on her in the conversation. Calling her lazy and saying it’s not this employees duty to serve her when she can come get it herself. Meanwhile, my pregnant wife carrying a car seat with a sleeping baby felt defenseless and targeted for simply asking a question. People who lack empathy are one thing, but when you see someone who does not work for the establishment engage with a customer in a matter that has nothing to do with them is a shame. One bad apple, lost that location a customer for life.

I would give this a 3.5 because the food here is really tasty. My only problem is when I split my bagel in half it had a piece of hair in the middle. I was so hurt because this was a road trip stop and it’s not like I can go back and get my order remade or a refund. Check your food before you bite into it!

I used to work in Dearborn and drive a very long way to work, but I would stop by every day for a bagel, perhaps a hot mocha coffee, if I’m feeling a little wild. Their Bagel Sandwiches got me through many of long days at my work. Everyone who works there is very nice despite it being 6 in the morning (I’m not usually nice until around 8). I do not work in Dearborn anymore, so I won’t be able to visit very often anymore, and I spend many early mornings wistfully craving a visit to this Einstein Bagels

There bagels are delicious. Some of the staff can use some etiquette courses in customer service. I was dressed casually and the cashier lady decided to be rude. When I have a reputable career. Everyone should be treated with respect. Those things will have me no longer visit your establishment.

They got so cheap on the shear like literally one swipe uwed to be worth it because if the shmear mornibgs are so buat ans there jst isnt enough staff they need more morning staff and a dedicated online order door dash etc crew. Even when i irder onkine i still wait 20 min when i get there .
