I recently visited Einstein bagels on Ford Rd off of Mercury drive in Dearborn Michigan. I was greeted by every employer working there, they were all so very friendly respectful the food was fresh and made as I asked. I was the first customer and not saying that was the reason but unbeknownst to me when I arrived home there was a fresh baked blueberry cheese muffin in my bag. The manager was absolutely awesome , please make sure to stop in, no disappointments, the best team ever. I will definitely be going back. A.B.

I have been staying in a nearby hotel. Coming to this Einstein location has become my favorite thing to do in the morning. The restaurant is well taken care of, but what makes it important is the wonderful staff Elaine and Michelle the managers do an excellent job of working with their staff and treating the customers with Kindness. The whole staff is bright and cheerful and gracious to customers. My first day that I went there, I was in a very bad mood feeling very sad. The staff smiled at me were cheerful with each other were singing as they did their work absolutely made my day one of the best places around great workers great food

The girls who worked Thanksgiving morning were wonderful !!! This is by far the best food quality and service I have ever had at an Einstein’s before. Top that with they were working on thanksgiving and still smiling says a lot !! Hands down an incredible team and you could tell they have a great manager as she was helping the others not just yelling at them. 🙂 I would love take to this location back to Florida with me. Ours doesn’t compare to this one.

This location has the freshest bagels in all of metro Detroit. My coworkers beg me to pick up from Dearborn location because they are better than every other location. Employees are friendly and welcoming.

EDIT: I see that there has been the same copy and paste response from the owner on the google reviews. It has been three months of bad reviews about this same manager and no action has been taken. We are all describing the exact same experience and yet, this woman is still in her position. Clearly, no one cares enough to address this issue. Corporate guest services reached out and said they passed it along to the regional manager. Let’s hope they do something about it. I will update my review if they do.
I hate giving a bad review but the manager of this location is an embarrassment to this place. She was berating her employees right in front of customers. Every single person in line was horrified at what we were witnessing. Today, my husband went in for lunch and turned right back around after witnessing the manager yet again, yell at the poor girl working with her. The owners of this franchise need to step in and do something about this.
