Had a great breakfast at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Troy. We ordered the avocado toast and it was incredibly fresh and delicious—perfectly made and very satisfying for breakfast. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was well prepared. The place was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. A great spot for a quick, tasty, and refreshing breakfast. Would definitely come back again!

Disappointed in the small amount of cream cheese spread. I had a toasted bagel. The spread was barely there. I used to love this place. Staff was.great! Bagel’s skimpy topping will stoo me from rushing back. Plus, I miss the salmon spread!!

I have eaten here so many times I lost count. Several years ago, sandwiches were always perfect and delicious, then around or after covid, it got pretty rough, sandwiches would be missing ingredients or just kind of gross. Thankfully it seems like things started to turn around and get better again in 2024/2025. One thing though that they just dont do well is drinks – Sadly I dont think I’ve ever been happy with a specialty drink (one time my latte had NO coffee in it at all?? The drink was all off-white in color, another time the syrup was overpowering the drink and I could not drink it, another time is was missing syrup, etc.). Coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes its brewed well but sometimes not. I once got iced coffee that was so incredibly bitter that I didnt know coffee could even taste like that. So, while I do recommend the sandwiches, the drinks really kinda stink.

I ordered from here multiple times and tried multiple options. Staff are not the friendliest. They’re not super rude either, just stressed people I would say. Place is not very clean looking, which I wouldn’t expect it to be given that it is a fast food restaurant.
Food is good tasting, especially for a fast food option. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t taste like a fresh gourmet option, not at all. But it is little better than usual fast food. My favorites are the all-nighter egg sandwich and farmhouse egg sandwich. For coffee, the hazelnut brew is amazing, when they have it. Overall, a decent experience for a fast food restaurant, but don’t expect a gourmet level (even though they charge gourmet prices).

Stopped on my work to the office, had a great Asparagus, Cheese and Egg White on a garlic bagel. The service was quick, the place was very clean , overall had a great experience. Definitely, will come back.

I used to love the egg & cheese bagel sandwiches here, but a while back they changed the egg to something less mixed-in – more separated white and yolk, which isn’t quite as tasty.
Today’s sandwiches were still pretty good, but the employees seemed like they were in bad moods.

Very good breakfast sandwich (egg white with turkey sausage and cheese), and the iced coffee was good as well. The cost of the meal was in line with today’s higher restaurant costs.

My lox bagel was really mid… Barely any salmon and it doesn’t look like the picture at all. My real issue was the poor service though. They were out of plain bagels and I had to get mine substituted and they were really rude about everything. There weren’t any good bagels left (got a pumpernickel) and the employees were rude and very nasty. Will NOT be back. Also they closed their dining area at 11:30???

Bagels didn’t seem fresh or toasted, very little amount of cream cheese, my lox everything bagel tasted like cinnamon sugar (not a great flavor combo), they got my order wrong, and the place had a bit of a depressing and uncomfortable energy- so we ate in the car. The new biscuits and gravy bagel was good.
