Due to ordering online, I cant attest to the in-person ordering experience; however, I can say when I arrived to retrieve my online order, my sandwich was still nice and warm. 20-25 minutes between me ordering and me picking up my food.

I love coming here! My coworker and I come in every Monday and Wednesday, and the staff has never been unpleasant. They always make us feel welcome! Plus, their bagels are really good too! (Not to mention the cold brew shakes.)

I had a wonderful experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels on Woodward in Berkeley, MI! The food was fresh, the coffee was great, and the service was even better. Tony went above and beyond — he was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile first thing in the morning! I’ll definitely be coming back.

The lady who was working up front today at 11:00 should be fired. The way she is condescending and how she talks to people is crazy. And that manager Tony Westover is a joke. Told me I couldn’t swear inside of his building after waiting 15 minutes for two bagels. They say they have a system but their system sucks. Guys lucky I was working.

Came by for a quick bite and a coffee the other day and the cashier was so nice! The workers were fast and efficient, our food came out almost immediately.
The twice baked hash browns reminded me of baked potato casserole and the Maple French Toast bagel with the almond butter was insanely good. Was recommended the Caramel cold brew shake and it did not disappoint.
