Really like the bagels here — we get them every weekend and they’re always fresh and delicious. However, the receptionist named Mellany was not very patient, which made the experience less pleasant. Hope the service improves because the food is great!

I recently visited Einstein Bagels for the first time, and I have to say, it was a good experience. I tried their pizza bagels, and they were flavorful with a perfect blend of crispy crust and cheesy toppings. The bagel itself had a nice chewy texture, and the overall taste exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was casual, making it a great spot for a quick bite. I did not appreciate buying my sandwich getting all the way to home take a bite out of it and it was bitter. The Bagel was burned to a crisp it was so bitter. I was so hungry I had a scrape off the the shmear and put my egg, cheese and bacon on a piece of bread. For $8 for breakfast sandwich I shouldn’t have to do all that and this is not the first time they’ve messed up a sandwich for me.

I love to come here every Saturday for a cheesy hash bagel with jalapeño salsa smear! So delicious every time! I will admit the drive thru is a tad slow I usually wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes, but the food is so delicious every time so that’s okay lol. Also the drive thru workers are always so friendly and efficient!

Big fan of einsteins they have the best tasting & freshest bagels compared to other shops. The employees working are always friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable and the wait is never too long. I’ve gone at a variety of times and have never had to wait too long in line. You can order ahead & pick up, go through the drive through or go inside. They have outdoor seating, no indoor seating at this time. Great place to stop for breakfast/brunch.

This has become our go to breakfast sandwich shop. Sometimes it can be busy (which I think speaks to the quality of the food) but the staff has always been great. I normally order ahead using the app and I’m always greeted with a smile when I pick-up.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a wonderful experience. We live 1 1/2 hours away, but always stop here on our way to Columbus. Every worker I’ve dealt has gone above and beyond. The 4.2 rating is NOT an accurate representation of this store. They deserve 5 stars!!

I absolutely love Einstein Bros. Bagels! They have such a great selection of bagels and spreads. Always friendly service here as well. Their prices are right in line with similar bagel shops around town. They just have more selection here no doubt. I love the jalapeño cheddar bagels here!

Not your typical NY style bagel, but they are not so tough and so so delicious! Tender and flavorful, they are hardy enough to hold up as a sandwich bun, but soft enough to not cause whatever you put inside to launch onto the dashboard of your car. Two dozen bagel went to 4 households on Sunday. Everyone was ecstatic to receive them!
