I’ve been to Einstein’s Bros Bagels on campus twice in the past week, and both times my experience has been disappointing. Each visit, they’ve either gotten my order wrong or forgotten part of it. Just last week, a staff member charged me for a bagel and a drink, then later claimed she hadn’t charged me for the bagel and made me pay again after I spoke up and asked about my order after waiting over 30 minutes.
Both times I’ve gone, no one greets customers — they just say, “What do you want?” There was a line of about six people waiting to order, but only two workers were there: one making the orders, and the other standing in the corner on her phone until she finally noticed the line and then rolled her eyes.
This place is easily the rudest and most understaffed business on campus. It’s really disappointing because the food itself is good, but the service makes it hard to want to come back.

Their food tastes okay but every time i go there is an issue. Last time i went i was given the wrong order. This time i ordered a “tasty turkey sandwich” and i got cucumber and tomato on bread with literally no turkey. Not even a single slice.

So, mostly in morning / lunch time be ready to wait in a queue. Also, their staffs do a bunch of mistakes with the orders ( as they do not write the names, often they confuses with other person’s order )

With their spicy chicken sandwich and all nighter sandwiches, Einstein Brothers at MSU have upped their game majorly. They have a wide range of bagels and Frappuccinos available on their menu. Their hazelnut coffee is something really good that sets them apart from Starbucks. The only thing I hope is that their muffins and pastries were a little less sweet. Other than that, it provides a great snack/lunch option in the library. I just wish that they were open for more hours, especially during the evenings.

It is a one and a million chance I get the correct order at this place. I usually get the farmhouse sandwich with no egg and every time it either has egg or is missing the ham. This time I got the most sorry bagel with just the bacon and cheese… not even close to the correct order

This place is pretty nice and they have really good food, however the point very bright lights directly at there menu screens making it almost impossible to view the menu. This is very frustrating because these lights are adjustable and could easily be pointed down on the work space without any maintenance and it would make the customer experience significantly better. On multiple trips they have been out of ingredients or the necessary items to make a sandwich. Today at 1:50pm, they could only make 1 sand which still missing options but charging me the entire price. If you’re open until 2, the full menu should be available until 2. I have gone at noon and they’ve had low inventory. They get one star bc the employees are pleasant and quick. Business management is failing here.

Everyone is super friendly. Lines/wait time is a pain, but it’s on a college campus so you can’t expect anything else. The blueberry muffins are to die for and worth your wait.
