I tried to give this place another try after a recent poor experience. However, yesterday I ordered a drive through order online at 111pm and the order said the food would be ready at 131. I arrived at 130pm and was asked what my name was. I gave my name, both first and last, and was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up and was again asked by a female what was my name. I again gave both my first and last name. I was told they didn’t have my order in their computer yet. She asked me if I was sure I placed the order for their store. I showed them my order on my phone. I waited for a few minutes. The female came to the window again and asked me what my name was again and was told they still didn’t have my order yet. I told them I would leave the window and drive around so the people behind me didn’t have to wait. I drove around and returned to the window and a male came to the window this time. He asked me my name and I told him my first and last name and showed him my order on my phone. I told him I gave the female my first and last name 2 times and showed it to her on my phone 2 times. Then he asked me if I ordered Door Dash? I said no, why would I be at your window if I ordered Door Dash? He asks me my name again. I gave him my first and last name again and showed him my order on my phone with my first and last name again. He says, “oh, your Tom, we have your order”. Then he said “we don’t have the type of bagels you ordered” and would have to pick different ones. Because I ordered speciality bagels I asked if I picked regular ones works there be a price difference? I was told no. That is not true, he lied.The “regular” bagels are cheaper. But rather than keep the line behind me waiting and ask for a refund, I accepted the regular bagels and left. I was really pissed off by this time. This place is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing and he lied. I don’t recommend it at all!

Seems like they went through a change of management and it looks like it’s starting to run itself into the ground. There is no reason why I should be waiting 20-40 minutes for a bagel in the drive thru. That’s not even an exaggeration.. average time spent in drive thru is always 30 minutes unless you just happen to get lucky which would be an odd hour of the day. Always inconsistent, bagel is either too toasted or barely toasted. Too much shmear or hardly any. Vanilla cream cold brew is either perfect or half sweet cream where I feel like I’m drinking sweet milk. Workers don’t seem happy, no sense of morale. Also way too expensive to be waiting so long on inconsistent food and drinks. Family of 4 should expect to spend $40-$50 if getting food and drinks. Will stick with what I grew up on, Best Bagels down on Kingston pike.

I recently ordered the baker’s dozen with shmear and asked for the bagels to be sliced. When I got the bagels at work, almost all of the bagels had not been sliced through and they also were not sliced properly. They were sliced part of the way through and one side was very thin and the other very thick. When you toast them the thin side burns and the thick side doesn’t toast enough. I’m assuming the bagels are sliced in a machine, not by hand. Either the machine is broken or they are not being loaded properly. Please improve this process.

Let’s just say our 1st time here went well. Today, our 2nd time here not pleased at ALL. We didnt mind the very long wait to order then wait to get our food, no problem. But after waiting that long n pay for something we expect the CORRECT food. We order 1 bagel c.cheese, 1 bagel butter and Ham n Swiss on everything bagel. When we got home, we had ham n egg on plain bagel. Not happy as we all know there’s a price difference in those to sandwiches but most of all not what we ordered. We clearly stated what we wanted n cashier even repeated it back to us. Maybe get another cashier up front on the weekends but more help taking orders is needed. Unsatisfied customers

Yet another issue. I have the flu and am physically unable to fix my son breakfast so I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered 2 bagels and a cinnamon roll. Nothing crazy. Why is the cinnamon roll not there?! I hate to keep leaving bad reviews but please get workers who actually care about doing a good job and check orders before marking them complete.

First time in Cute Decor, like that I could see the bagels physically. Cold Brew shake was delicious definitely would grab again if I had one of these Einstein Bros back home in Crossville. The sandwich was delicious, BUT it wasn’t hot it was more room temp ish which I wasn’t a fan of cause the cheese wasn’t melted or anything. I got the advertised special Maple House and it didn’t taste anything near maple. Let’s not forget that employees making sandwiches are not wearing a hat, visor, or hair net, quit frankly this is disappointing considering this is a Panera company and I worked for Panera for over 6 years.
It’s also really unwelcomingly cold in the dining area.
There was No “Welcome to Einstein Bros” or “is there anything I can help you with?” Cashier was friendly ish during our transaction which I appreciated.
Would I try again? Mm…maybe would I grab the Cold Brew Shake again? likely if I had one close enough to home or if I were near by and didn’t want Starbucks.

Yummy lunch. Outside is a cheesy bacon jalapeños bagel sandwich. Inside warm cream cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, brisket, and ect on toasted bagel. I got 3 free bagels from a previous reciept and ordered 2 more bagels for family to enjoy later, Lord’s willing.

First time try ever and it was pretty descent . Try the steak bagel with the jalapeño bagel. Typical coffee and tea selection. The place was pretty busy , apparently good spot for casual meetings or school. My only issue the employee taking our order had no energy at all whatsoever. Not asking to smile and do do a little dance but at-least a greeting. I much rather use a kiosk to order that the lack of engagement. Food is good and will try again.
