First time walking in today 8/23/25 with my friend. Amazing food! Bought one cheese jalapeño bagel and a sandwich bagel with cheese ham bacon and 1 egg. One negative was the service. There were so many orders ready to be picked up at the end of the cashiers counter by the drinks that when my name was called I double asked which order was mine and was given one of the boxes (to go) and 2 smaller bags that we ate there. Then we sat down and started unwrapping our food from the smaller bags when one of the ladies comes to our table and snatches our to go box without an explanation while we heard my name again being called at the same time. So I went and got the RIGHT box that was mine. Will come again because the food it’s amazing but the service needs some work. Maybe they should write with a marker the names on each bag/box so it would not get mixed up again.

The food was absolutely delicious some of the best bagels/food we have ever had. This was so exquisite and don’t even get me started on our cashier his name was Josh and was absolutely amazing this guy made my year he was so kind hearted as he when he was leaving he checked in on us. Now, remember we changed our order so much most people would have told us to leave, but Josh no way he made us laugh harder than we ever have. Holy cow and I believe he is new, if he only knew how much we appreciated him- he was amazing

My day was completely made when I drove down the street and saw there was an Einstein bagels in occee!!!! Bagels are so good and they actually put the Cream cheese on the bagel. Unlike Jeff’s bagel run down the street thank goodness for Einstein bagels. I am so happy now.
