I placed an online order for a maple French toast bagel w/ honey almond shmear, a Maplehouse egg sandwich, and 2 coffees today. I placed the order about 25 minutes before I arrived to the store, and it wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.. then when I arrived home, I found that both the bagel and the sandwich were BURNT to a crisp. Inedible. Tried to call the store multiple times to rectify the issue and no one answered.

What happened? Last four weeks nothing has went right. We have went here for 20 years every Monday. Coffee not kept full, once no coffee, incorrect orders received ( simple order, 2 coffees and two babels ) Bagels not made as well as in the past. Service slower than normal ( less workers ). Always cold inside. Seems no one pays attention to the coffee urns. Was always four cream pitchers, now only two. Very disappointing. Waited before reviewing hopping for improvement’s but has not happened so far.

I have visited her twice, 18 months apart. The same person waited on me both times, which was neat. If I lived in the area I would stop here at least once per week. The lox and bagel is the absolute best. The pumpernickel bagels are divine. Coffee is good for a bagel shop. Love how kitschy and fun it is while still being relaxing.

Terrible crew working today. I ordered two sausage egg cheese plain bagels with veggie cream cheese and it was made incorrectly. No sausage was on it. I let the 3 girls know behind the counter and asked them to remake it. It wasn’t my fault the cashier didn’t ring it in correctly and I was charged for adding the sausage anyway. I was on the phone with my sister and she confirmed I said sausage three times but whatever, I still paid for it. When I reopened my sandwiches to make sure they were made correctly they were not remade. They were the same sandwiches just added sausage and they were thrown together extremely sloppy, then I found eye lashes on my egg on one sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.

Definitely off today because I never had this issue before. The server today just missed all requests.

Good bagels bad customer service. I watched the girl took her sweet time on my order, then cleaning and chatting with employees before gave a bag of bagels. Nearly 20 mins.

this was my first time here. my first impression was how spacious it is on the inside. Also the dining area is very clean. the staff was friendly and welcome. food came out hot and fast. and the music selection is a vibe ! i will definitely be coming here frequently to eat and study!!!

The last 2 times I went in to get a dozen bagels. The bagel bins are empty!! Ridiculous, claim baker called out sick, randomly on both times? Either hire reliable people or more staff. A bagel shop needs bagels!!
