This is the 2nd time we ordered from this location, first time food was unraveled in the bag. So figured hey give ’em another shot right? Well wrong! First the bagels were all wrong, but was gonna eat it anyway, then I went to open my bagel to add salt and pepper and noticed they cooked my damn eggs with a damn product sticker!!! Like seriously! How do you not notice the black sticker in the white eggs!!!! Never ordering from there again.

The store was spacious and very clean. It wasn’t too busy, but there were a few people already eating and ordering. The cashier was very friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the old man making the drinks seemed to be in a bad mood—slamming drinks down and mumbling so much that multiple customers had to ask if the drinks were theirs.
When I finally got mine, it had caramel running all down the side of the cup, which I didn’t notice until it ended up all over my shirt. Definitely something that needs improvement.

Not a New York bagel. Diff than other Einstein bagels or maybe they have all changed over the years. Just doesn’t seem as good. They were good, better than any grocery store bagel, but not amazing, not great, just pretty good. No way are they made there- you can’t go at 5:30 am and tell me you just baked them when none are warm and there is no smell of baking bagels. Why does everyone feel they need to lie?? They do have a nice 6 bagel & 13 bagel deal with cream cheeses that is nice to bring someplace to start the day with a treat.

We love the bagels here. James and the staff try very hard to accommodate the busy crowd. The food keeps us coming back along with the convenient location. The interior could use an upgrade. Bench cushions are pretty worn out and the rug looks old too. This isn’t going to stop us from stopping in.

I ordered 2 eggs with bacon and cheddar on an everything bagel It was ready in about 10 seconds. Eggs were clearly precooked cooked in advance, hastily slapped together and served with one measly very thin slice of cheese…which wasn’t even melted. Very disappointing. For $7.99 the eggs could a least have been cooked fresh.

For the first time, I ordered from their website online. I got Sesame bagels, Hash Browns with Cheese bagels, Garden Veggie Shmear (cream cheese) tub & Strawberry Cream pastry. The Sesame bagels with Garden Veggie Shmear & Strawberry Cream pastry were DELICIOUS!
I first had a few problems ordering online & had to call to ask how to get delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone put me on a brief hold. Then, gave me a name & number for delivery which only led me to a voicemail. So I tried again on the website where they give you 2 delivery companies to choose from: Uber Eats & Door Dash. I chose Uber Eats. Unfortunately, their menu didn’t include 2 different bagels I really wanted from the Einstein menu: Poppy & Apple Cinnamon Gourmet Bagel.
Delivery took less than half an hour. Everything was packed well. The Veggie tub (7.5 oz.) didn’t look like it was going to last long enough & was a bit expensive. But when I finally tasted it on my toasted bagels, I was immediately hooked!
I’m thrilled with Einstein & their bagels. I’ve downloaded their app & signed up as a member since I’ll be a repeat customer. I was devastated when Panera messed up their first 2 deliveries to me. I decided to ditch Panera for good & thankfully Einstein Bagels has taken their place. They’ve excelled with their wonderful food, customer service & overall super quality!
