Went to store at 1:30pm. Older woman hand cut my bagels very uneven, didnt bother to individually wrap the bagels (one was an everything bagel) basically threw the bagels at me. I asked for the everything bagel to be put in a different bag. She snatched the bagels from me, threw down the knife, huffed and puffed and cut me new bagels (that was not necessary, just wanted in a seperate bag) I asked her if she was always this rude to paying customers and she mumbled something under her breath. Your customers are what enable you to have a job. If you dont want to deal with the public, get a different job.

AWFUL experience, an older gentlemen took our order, and RUSHED us constantly out, we didn’t feel comfortable to order what we actually wanted, and didn’t ask if we wanted our bagel cut, toasted, and dressed. It’s extremely disappointing that we’re now gonna drive much further away for bagels because this locations service is extremely subpar because of one persons behavior.
Another thing being the second we walked through the doors, we caught extremely dirty looks from the man.

This store has truly set the bar high when it comes to not only great food and drinks but also exceptional customer service and community spirit.
First and foremost, I want to commend the manager, Manley, for his incredible leadership. Manley runs the store with a sense of pride, professionalism, and genuine care for both customers and his team. He strikes a perfect balance of being approachable and efficient, creating a positive environment where both staff and guests feel respected and valued. His strong presence, reliability, and calm demeanor even during the busiest rushes reflect a level of management that goes above and beyond the standard. It’s clear that his team works well under his guidance, and it’s no surprise why the location is so well-run.
I’d also like to give special recognition to China and Zoe, who are absolute standouts every time I visit. China brings such warmth and positivity to every interaction. She remembers regular customers, makes everyone feel welcome, and never fails to serve with a smile. Her energy is contagious, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure orders are correct and customers are happy. She is a true customer service professional.
Zoe, too, is an essential part of what makes this location feel special. She is efficient, kind, and composed no matter how busy the store gets. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying upbeat make a real difference. She treats every customer like they matter and ensures the line keeps moving without sacrificing quality or courtesy.
Between Manley’s outstanding leadership and the consistently excellent service from China, Zoe, and the rest of the staff, this Einstein Bros. Bagels has become a favorite stop of mine not just for the food, but for the people. Good overall. The cold brew wasn’t too watered down. I didn’t get a bagel or anything this time. Had a business meeting there. A lot of people in and out. There are only a few tables. The Internet seem to be pretty good. I’ll be back.
