Im so happy they opened one nearby, the only reason for the 4 stars is because it felt like a start up. No cinnamon twist or any of the goodness they offer at the stores. If I am wrong, please let me know, I asked about it and the employees never heard of them. No fault to them. I will be back for a three cheese bagel with turkey sausage and egg!

The General Manger bee makes them fresh for me without asking turn me on to them being warmed which makes it 10x better trust me you need to try it

The bagels are always amazing but everything else was subpar. The cold brew is very weak and taste like a cup full of caramel syrup. Got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The egg was small and there was only one piece of bacon and it was barely cooked. Employee running the register also needs more training. Employees also shouldn’t argue in front of the customer.

First, I don’t usually like bagels. But my husband talked me in to getting breakfast there one morning, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I had a bagel sandwich with egg and cheese and some peppery cream cheese spread that was delicious. The actual bagel was soft and had little cheesy crispy bits that were toasted. Very good decision.

I enjoy their bagel I go every other morning to get one, I don’t normally go to this one and I will never be back. I ordered online when I went to pick it up I was missing 2 bagels, when I went back in I told the lady working at the front very kindly that I was missing my bagels and told her to take her time getting them, there was only 2 people in the store and I wasn’t in a rush, once those words left my mouth she was rude, looking at me like I was stupid, and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for them messing up my order, the gentlemen working there was very kind no issue with him. And i understand everyone has bad days but being happy with every customer that walked then being rude to me just didn’t seem right. I’m done with this company will never return, no one should be treated that way bc the employees messed up an order.
