So, I have been going to this location for over a decade and the food was good, service was good. I have had bagels here a few times within the last year and I don’t know what happened. I will describe my recent visit! I asked for a non-toasted bagel with smear and a coffee with sugar and cream. I drove off, went to eat it, and it was not toasted but a weird rubbery warm and the smear melted down to a weird warm goo coffee had no sugar and barely any cream. It was disgusting and I think I’m done going here after this. Sad because I used to talk up Einstein Bagels and how they have the best bagels and smear. What happened to the thick layer of fluffy cream cheese? And I don’t understand why an employee would serve this to someone after clearly realizing they made a mistake almost toasting it because it was warm. You throw it away and make a new one.

Been coming here for years. Typically I don’t get coffee, just breakfast sandwiches.
Coffee: iced coffee if sugar is requested, granulated sugar doesn’t work. P.s. don’t be snooty when you bring me my coffee wrong when the order was correctly placed.
Bagels/ sandwiches: bagels are smaller than usual(same price). Everything bagel had more cinnamon on it (from the sandwich they made my son prior to making mine) than everything.
Over all dissatisfied. Just left a review, didn’t bother the staff. Suppose i need to find a new Breakfast sandwich spot

Just a great place to grab a bagel. Better yet, the service from Kevin is just phenomenal. I’ve been coming here for years and his customer service just gets better and better. Be sure to stop by and say hello to him as you place your order!

I went through the drive through so I can’t attest to the atmosphere but I must say this was my first and only time I’ll ever go to Einstein bagels again. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese on the side, the bagels were sliced very unevenly so the top half was extremely thin. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was so greesy I had to blot it. On top of that the price is absolutely ridiculous, $18 for 2 bagels and a bagel sandwich, that’s insane.

Great service. Good location. Definitely fell in love with Einstein bros on my vacation and had to stop by before coming back home. This one isn’t as packed as the one on S dale mabry so i liked it a lot more and it has drive thru ! The chairs outside were nicer than the other locations and the overall atmosphere.

I don’t know what’s happening at the 10802 Dale Mabry location but if you check out these reviews this place is failing. I decided to give them one last shot and they confirmed that things are not getting better!
Let’s go over today’s order! Breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese; the bacon is absolutely raw! Chocolate chip bagel with smear; received raisin bagel with no cream cheese. Hash brown; missing from order. Ordered large orange juice in a cup for $4.49; received a bottle of Simply Orange and I did not receive a credit for the substitute. Literally every single item was either wrong or missing. I know one of the Google map reviews states that if the manager Kevin is working it is the only time he will go there. Ironically Kevin was working today. This location needs help! Never returning!

One of my favorite bagel spots. They have an amazing deal on a bakers dozen right now for $10. Bagels were packed nicely. They are delicious right out the box. No toasting needed. I also love their hash browns
