The employee taking my order was friendly and polite. Service was quick and informative but not rushed. Orders were made quickly and delivered to my seat. Orders were accurate. Food was hot and fresh. The bathroom appeared relatively clean but needs a renovation. I recommend and would come back.

I eat from this location three times a week and order the samething every time. However, it never comes prepared the same way and it has be come apparent to me that consistency is not their strong suit at this location. Today was the final straw leading to this review.
My lox bagel today literally had a sliver of salmon and the bagel was very chewy in texture. I wish this shop would get it together as I love bagels and this and the only location near me.

I don’t give many reviews, but I have to give a huge shout out to the team working this past Friday morning, 10/17/2025. I was THAT costumer that everyone hates, coming before the door opens, praying for a last minute miracle and putting a huge order. Brook became a machine and just past 6 I was out with everything I hoped for! Thank you!!! Everyone was so happy I made it in time and with delicious sandwiches and sweets!!

I have been a regular at this location for about 4 to 6 months now and I have had exceptional service every single time. I place my order over the phone about 5-8 before arrival and have swift service each visit. The staff here is wonderful, from the cashiers to the managers. My orders are not always the simplest and they very patient in making sure I receive what I ask for. Madison is especially detail oriented and greets me by name when I arrive. Very happy with Einsteins as a whole and specifically this location. Thank you being so great!

When a doordash driver is picking up food for a customer, the people working at your establishment should make sure the drink that was ordered is being handed too them as well. The straw taped to the bag and no drink given with the bag is ridiculous.

Our first time coming to einstein bro bagels.
Order: a chocolate cold brew and a plain bagel.
Quality: bagel was fresh and hot with whipped cream cheese. And drink was cold and chocolatey, but a little sweet, I would certainly ask for less sweetener next time.
