Good service,( they try to be fast but at what cost), They’re trying to get to the next order and be quick, which I understand but in the meantime, I should count…..

I like quick service, but I also like for them to acknowledge what I’m trying to tell them I want on my bagel and how I want it without feeling rushed! They tend to give you that rushed feeling!
Today I had a problem with the lox,not Everyone knows the lox is supposed to be sliced very thinly, when it’s thick , it’s chewy and i couldn’t eat it!
The young girl Ashley ( excellent), gave me another piece, but it was just as thick!
So I would recommend to them, to slice it thinner in the future, so I can come back to my
Local store in plant city.
I used to go to the Einsteins in Brandon, before that Miami, which was the best !This one is close to my home.
The sesame bagel itself was delicious.
The other thing is they have no clue about my Einstein app and the rewards, every time I go to sign in it says you’re a new member and I’m not a new member. I’ve been coming to Einstein‘s for 15 years now in whatever town I lived in,( loyal customer)!
The manager has no clue on how this reward system works and I have no way to contact customer service.
Lastly, Einsteins in general is cheap about extra cream cheese or extra lox
I’m gonna change to three stars because of the lox situation today and hopefully I can change it back next time! Einsteins is not New York City lox and bagel, but hopefully they can improved
PS they’re friendly, welcoming, in this store for the most part, and its clean.

I come often to this location in particular not only because it’s less than 3 mins from where I live, but people are always friendly and attentive. Service 10/10, if you want a convenient, fresh and easy place to grab a snack or even taking a bagel for lunch this the place for you. Also don’t forget the cold brew, I forgot to grab the girls name but she definitely did an amazing job with my coffee.

I really enjoy coming to this Einstein Bros. location. The food is consistently fresh and tastes great, but it’s the service that really stands out. The staff here is always friendly and efficient, making it a reliable spot for a quick breakfast or lunch in Plant City. 2 individuals working when I came in at 1pm. Both on their phones, no other customers- had to wait literally 5 minutes to let them finish their personal conversations, and I ordered, and then while speaking to me- continued to text and talk to other co worker about personal matters and plans. I was asked if I was a rewards member- and said no, didn’t know of a program. And was not offered any information about joining. And after payment- was told to enter tip amount. Not a great visit.

Updating my review. I appreciate that management took the time to listen to my concerns. I did try it again ordering an everything bagels with egg and bacon and it was on point.
I was excited to try the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich, but was not impressed. I am a huge chorizo fan and I’m not really sure what I was expecting with this breakfast sandwich, but it did not hit the mark. The chorizo is a thin piece of meat similar to a sausage patties, eggs, sauce, not enough avocado and an okay bread. I was very disappointed on the taste, had heart burn the entire day and couldn’t get rid of the taste.

I have ordered bagels ahead of time 3 times. The bagels are tasty but they need to work on their customer service skills. Today I order one baker dozen through the mobile App at 6am this morning. I requested an 8:30 a.m. pick up. I sent my husband to pick them up at 8:25am to go pick them up. They weren’t ready again.
This is the 3rd time I ordered through the app. My husband had to wait 50 minutes at the store this morning for bagels that were ordered 2.5 hours ago. He wasn’t offered a cup of coffee nor an apology.
Please rethink your customer experience. Thank you!

Great people very friendly and accommodating Valencia who took my order was amazing and had great recommendations very patient and friendly as this was my first time to the establishment. Mrs Kim was also very friendly and accommodating food was hot and fresh cold shake was amazing a very big thank you to these ladies for making my first experience the best will definitely be back. The Glow Affair
Our coffees and bagel sandwiches were great! Sydney helped us today, her energy was magnetic. She had a smile on her face throughout the entire 30 minutes we were there. Even when no one was around and she was cleaning the coffee pots. She helped the building feel warm and welcoming which is something a lot of restaurants miss lately. We will definitely be back.
