Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This was at the Odessa location. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg inside was green and clearly rotten (see photos). There is no excuse for serving spoiled food. This is a serious food safety violation, not a small mistake. Eggs do not turn green unless something is very wrong, and the fact that this was cooked and served shows a complete lack of quality control and care. We immediately threw the sandwich away and did not feel safe eating anything else. This could have made someone seriously sick. I am beyond disappointed and genuinely concerned for anyone eating here. We will not be returning.

My first time at this location, I had the maple French toast toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a cheesy hash brown, everything was good, the staff was super sweet, they were a very busy location, I’ll come back and try some other options.

Ok, we love the mobile app to order. The food is always good. The employees are friendly. We order ahead & sit in our car in A/C to eat. Then take our dog on a lovely walk around Starkey.
The #1 issues-
– Nowhere to sit inside. A table outside in the direct sun, in Florida, is just not good. But, obviously this is the choice they made for this location. They should name it “Einstein Bagels Express” instead- so everyone knows it is just a grab & go place! We have been loyal since it opened & would have loved a sit-down inside option to congregate & have community (like South Tampa location).
– Cashier taking orders should be able to throw 6 plain bagels in a bag & send customer on their way. That customer should not have to wait 15 minutes behind a bunch of customers waiting on more complicated egg sandwiches. That’s just common sense. I’ve been that customer waiting forever & tempted to just jump behind the counter & bag my plain bagels myself
**Hopefully the last one can be easily fixed, if it has not been yet.

I try ordering with Uber Eats and after 45 min wait and the order not being picked up I try to order online which did not work.
I walked in the store and order 2 bagels.
Neither of my orders was right, and I didn’t notice until I got home.
Paid for a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and got only bagel and egg. Ordered a farmhouse and it had egg, and the sauce… nothing else!
Drove back to the store and they did not even apologize.
Got my money back, but very disappointed to spend 2 hours trying to get breakfast.

First time visiting this location. Took a good five minutes for the eight people behind the counter to even acknowledge the six people in line waiting to order. Was just stared at when approached the counter. Ordering was told what we ordered came with a side which she proceeded to list. Made a choice and was charged an additional $1.89. No explanation that the side included was chips. Ham and cheese received was cold. Cheese literally just taken from the fridge and thrown on. $7 for that. The turkey, avocado and bacon was a joke for $9. Won’t be back.

Sunday morning 12:30…this express location out of almost all the popular bagels. This I would say could be expected since they close about 2:30. Attached you will notice bacon that has literally hardly been cooked. How difficult is bacon??
Staff was nice at the register, but the other staff making things, seemed like they were stressed to the max.
We have always gone to the Tampa location on Dale Mabry and gotten used to everything hot and available. This Express is much closer, but we will not return

Overpriced and skimpy on the ingredients. First time customer, and I was surprised when my order came out to almost $20 with tip for two bagel breakfast sandwiches? I mean really? I know a place down the street that has better bagel sandwiches (they don’t skimp on ingredients) for $4-$5 a sandwich. So basically half the price, and they taste better as well. The ambience is also cold, with no place to sit to eat. You have to order, and leave. No thanks. Won’t be back.

The team doesn’t care about orders an do not see what has to be packed, the bagels are good don’t get me wrong, but the service needs work to be done. We ordered multiple times and they always forget cream cheese or Any spread that comes with the pack of bagels. The customer service is not the best, we called them back for our missing item and they did not do anything but told to pick it up and when we tried to explain this was a multiple repeated event the lady just cut the call.
Be careful when buying, the service is bad do not buy if you easily miss things.

went on saturday and everyone was so nice! the food was great and came out very quick. special shout out to amy who handed me my order and didnt hesitate to grab me extra napkins when i bothered her about it LOL, very sweet girl!!!
