Honestly, I’m good on ordering from you guys again. I promise you, I’ve ordered 5 times from y’all and managed to get my sandwich correct ONCE. I’ve ordered the same thing and everytime y’all gave me a completely different sandwich. I don’t even usually leave reviews but I work at a bagel company myself so I just don’t understand what’s going on. Please pay attention to the items being delivered or at least double check make sure the orders are correct. And by the way, y’all forget my orange juice everytime and I’ve gotten my money back from doordash EACH time but this is tiring. Do betta ok? Y’all got this, I promise

Every time I visit, everything is fresh, accurate, and fast, even during busy hours. Eric clearly cares about both his team and his customers, and it shows in how well the location operates. Strong leadership like his is rare and makes a huge difference.

Everyone is friendly which is why I am giving three stars instead of 1 or 2. They do not cut a bagel into equal parts, often get my order wrong, and have the person on the register making the drinks which slows down the line. I hope that they can make some improvements. When your budget is tight it can be very disappointing to spend money on something that does not look appetizing and is not what you anticipated. Ordering food shouldn’t be a gamble. At the very least a business should say “no we can’t prepare your order that way.”

I walked in, planning to order a cold brew to go. When I approached the counter, not only did neither of the females working greet me, but one of them glanced back and rolled her eyes. She told me in a condescending tone to look at the case before I ordered anything. I replied that I was only there for a coffee. The other employee begrudgingly took my order. I asked if I could get a cup for water, too, and she charged me for a small fountain drink. When I finally got the coffee, the cup was dripping with chocolate syrup. As I was wiping it off, I saw flies on just about every surface in the store. The floor was also noticeably sticky. Seems like the employees could care less about both their customers and the store’s cleanliness.
