Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took 30 minutes to receive my 2 plain bagels, one with butter and one with cream cheese. I asked on the status of my order once I had been waiting 25 minutes and others behind me in line had received their food, thinking I had been forgotten. When I finally did get my plain bagels, the one with butter is not even edible. It is completely saturated with butter, even through the paper wrapping. Will never eat at Einstein again because of this experience with this location’s crew members.

Best bagels in town. Always fresh, and great combos. I love the Asiago cheese bagel with spinach’s and mushrooms on top. Super delicious. I go there all the time. Hands down best bagels in the area. Also the staff is super friendly the service is fast and easy, even the clients are friendly. Everything is perfect.

I come to this location a couple of times a week and get the same thing. There is no consistency, everytime I come here it’s a hit or miss. If I pay for additional items such as avacado, or a different bagel for a sandwich or even ask for no meat I expect that especially if I’m paying for it. Not only that I always tip because I understand working in customer service people aren’t always nice to hard working people. This has happened multiple times (6 times if I had to put a number to it) and I just don’t bother going back or saying anything because I’m too far and don’t like sending food back. If I ask for no meat and its put on there anyway sure I can remove it but I dont want it touching my food at all, you never know what issues or illnesses people have that could make them sick. I just wish they would be consistent and/or if you’re not going to take the time to do my order correctly please don’t charge me for it.

Always quiet and peaceful, I always make a stop there when I’m picking up one of my special needs kids. I meet Kortni, an individual with Down Syndrome and bring her to Scentsability so she can hang out with her friends and have a great time for whatever event that they’re participating in. The bagels are always delicious. I normally get an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. I’ve noticed they have an awful lot more to offer. plenty of coffee and morning goodies to be eaten.

The food is awesome. The customer service is terribly rude. I use to love going there on my days off. I swear there was nothing better than having a Einstein sandwich and taking a nap afterwards. Aww the memories. Now I just have my breakfast at Starbucks within the same plaza (Disclaimer: It was one stubborn cook who decided it was OK to yell at me and his fellow employee. The other customers felt so embarrassed having to witness his temperament that they allowed me to skip the entire line instead of waiting for another 45 minutes to reorder what he missed).

We’ve eaten breakfast here every week and it’s always great. Jalen waits on us frequently and is one of the most helpful, nicest people we’ve dealt with. He knows how to deal with and treat people. He’s truly an asset to the store on Okeechobee Blvd.
