Service was horrible today. I ordered ahead and they got 1 item correct the bagel with shmear and had to go back to get the 2nd item again the garden avocado egg sandwich since they only gave me a plain bagel and nothing else and when I got the 2nd item the Spinach they put on it was bad and wilted and not edible at all. Im a little let down at the service today..

I visited the Okeechobee location shortly before closing, and the employee Blandy was incredibly helpful and patient. He took his time with my daughters as they chose what they wanted, never rushed us, and made sure we were happy with our order. His kindness and professionalism really stood out — he’s definitely an asset to this store! I’ll absolutely be coming back because of the great service and warm experience.

Enjoyed my ham, egg, and cheese on a cheddar jalapeño bagel. My wife enjoyed the apple cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. Both bagels were excellent.
We each had a strawberry cream cheese strudel, which was ok, but not amazing.
The staff was very friendly and prompt. We felt very welcomed. The restaurant itself is clean.
Overall, an enjoyable experience and I would definitely come back.

Insanely rude service… and honestly I think it was from their manager????(the man in the photo) I got to the register and ordered a simple Asiago bagel and the mocktail and it was $12 and I was like “oh I’m sorry I meant the 5.99 happy hour” and he ROLLED his eyes and goes “if you want the happy hour you say happy hour how else am I suppose to know” and I was like oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize. And he was like “so what do you want” and it made me sooo anxious. I could also hear his music in his air pods which as a food service worker is crazy to me.

My husband and I frequent this location quite often. On this particular occasion, Mary was preparing my drink. A caramel cold brew shake, i had requested to have extra caramel and to have the cup lined as i had paid for it, i watched Mary make my drink and politely reminded her of lining the cup and I watched her pour the mixture into the unlined cup. I mentioned to her that of the request and she lied to me and said that she did even though I literally just watched NOT do so. That irritated me because why did you lie? Why didn’t you do it? Also, another worker was leaning on the back counter with her food gloves using her phone and then touching food items. There’s just some things that don’t need to be done. Usually service is great and efficient. This Sunday morning… it wasn’t. For a $7+ drink I’d literally expect for it to be what i paid for?

Great place but has a phone answering problem, Ive called over 20 times to ask a question about an allergy and I’m either purposely being hung up on or ignored. I understand being busy but this is ridiculous.
