Checkbook order before you leave. They often don’t put the types of bagels you select or the smear. I use the app and order ahead. the other day I order multiple item for pickup IN 15-20 minutes. I took almost 30 getting there. The I had to waite 30 minutes because they forgot my muffin in the order. I knew they forgot because I checked my order myself.

Store was very clean and felt very welcoming. Nice girls up front who greet you and are happy to give recommendations if youre unsure of what to get! I was recommended a farmhouse and a dragonfruit lemonade and it did not disappoint! I will definitely come back! 🙂

Today was rough because I had go into work extra early to get things done, so to ease the stress I decided to go get me some breakfast to wake me up. When I walked in I was greeted at the register by Kaitlyn, she seemed so nice and was energized to take my order. I got the new energy spritz and the bacon avocado & tomato breakfast egg sandwich. When I received my food, the sandwich was hot and fresh, and the drink made going into work a Lil bit easier. So overall I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to start there day out with a smile.

Stood there for about 15 minutes and had to ask if I had to take a number to order my food because noboby ackowledged me. Three people ordered ahead of me because of it. When I told the cashier it would be nice to direct people to pay for their order before choosing their bagels, he got very argumentative and told me he could only see whoever is in front of him, and that there we signs (which are almost at ceiling height) stating where to order. To top it all off, there were barely any bagels left. He alleged there was no dough to make anything more than plain bagels (which I’d have to wait 20 minutes for). This was around 11:00 a.m., so there was no reason for them to be virtually sold out. Needless to say, I left without buying anything. Summary: this place has a terrible combination of employees with bad attitudes, very low inventory. Waste of my time.

I recently visited Einstein Bagels. The lady at the cash register was really nice and friendly, but the service for the food was not good. The person giving out the food was very slow and didn’t seem happy to be there. Also, my beef brisket bagel had barely any meat in it. The nice service from the cashier was the only good part.

Very limited selection of spreads. At 10 AM they were out of multiple styles of bagels. Bagels were so so. Soft outer crust made then very squashable.

She ruined my breakfast by being so disrespectful, I will never order from here again. At that point I didn’t even want the bagels anymore! I will be writing a message to corporate about this because the way she talked to me was very rude.

Sad to say that the bagel and cream cheese no longer are up to par: baggel was more like a glorified english muffin and the cream cheese had consistency more like a milk shake. Just not worth it nor expected from what they call a bagel shop. Coffee was pretty good though.

When I went to Florida, it was my first time trying Einstein’s Bagels and this place did not disappoint! The bagels were so fresh and well made. Everyone was very friendly and listened to our instructions.
Regardless of how busy the place was, our orders came out quick. It’s definitely the best place I had bagels at. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the Nova Lux with the smoked salmon was exceptional!
I would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Hollywood area or going for a vacation!
