Today Oct 25th at 8:45am. I was there buying 1/2 dozens of bagels. The bagels weren’t sliced well. The people there always throw them at the machine like garbage. It’s a disaster. They should adjust the machine to have them sliced well. I’m including pictures below.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I came in the morning and was not greeted by staff. I place my order and while i was waiting for my sandwich, i noticed that an employee damn near had her behind on my sandwich, why is she not wearing a belt?! I don’t remember her name but she had black hair and a lip piercing and was VERY rude. Very annoying to start my day off and she is there looking moody as if i’m an inconvenience. I also noticed staff not changing gloves while handling food… thought this was general food handling protocol. I also smelled a strong stench of marijuana coming off of one of the employees, also repeating “i can’t wait for lunch”, unprofessional-all of the kids they hired. Will NEVER be coming back to this location.

Einstein Bagels is consistently excellent. I stop by almost every Friday to pick up bagels for my coworkers, and the experience is always smooth. I typically purchase the dozen deal, which includes 13 bagels—either assorted or customized to your preference—along with two spreads. The total comes to $19.00, which is a very fair price, and I always choose to leave a tip.
The staff is unfailingly pleasant and welcoming, and the bagels are always fresh and flavorful. The Miami Lakes location, in particular, provides great service and a reliable experience. Thank you. ~Martika

We went in to pick up our order. My coffee was cold. We asked to get a new one. They said they would have to brew a new pot and then told me to get a different type of coffee instead, my wife was so angry that she told me I have to leave so I got the coffee that I didn’t order because it was the only one that was hot and then as we were walking out the door, the employee James, a young black male in his 20s who we had been speaking with walked over to the other employees and made fun of us then we spoke to the manager Caylie about it to which she didn’t care at all when I told them I was going to leave them a bad review they said go ahead we don’t care so here I am leaving a one star review for the most disrespectful rude people that I have ever encountered inside an Einstein Bros. They should both be unemployed immediately after this I’m contacting corporate directly. I literally just wanted a hot coffee… not to be made feel bad or like I’m making someone go out of their way to do the very thing that the business is there to do.

My parents have been coming here for years to pick up their bagels, But I’ve been guilty of visiting the SB in the shopping plaza.. Today i wanted to see their breakfast options and was I surprised to see so many options, and the service was fast and friendly. I looked at their reviews and felt they earned this 5 Star review.

Love the green chili bagel breakfast sandwich, but please stop cutting the bagel with the same knife used for cinnamon bagels. It ruins the experience for me every time. So disgusting. A separate knife should be used for savory and sweet bagels to not cross the flavors.
I am sure that people who order a savory bagel do not want to have cinnamon or sweet flavor profile combined.

Bagels are great. Coffee. Not so much. Most of the time I end up throwing the coffee away. Cold or iced it’s never the same and most of the time taste terrible. Lack of attention .

Recently I visited your store and loved the food. I returned today, my second time and purchase multiple items totally $49.00. I was provided with one order of cream cheese for multiple bagels which was not sufficient . When I requested another order of cream cheese, I was informed there was a cost of almost $2.00, which I paid. Please note that this review it is not about the $2.00 but the customer service aspect of it. In the future the staff should provide sufficient side orders for items purchased.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is an excellent choice for breakfast. While the quality has gone down somewhat over the past years, they still offer good bagels and a wide variety of breakfast options. The place is clean, but be prepared for it to get really busy on Saturday mornings. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite. The only thing I notices that did not like is that the food establishment allows dogs inside. Not service dogs any dogs. Also notice that the dog was pet by a cashier that prepares food. Look at your camera Saturday morning around 830 930 and you can see it. Its a shame that I food place like that accepts this kind of issue.
