My parents have been coming here for years to pick up their bagels, But I’ve been guilty of visiting the SB in the shopping plaza.. Today i wanted to see their breakfast options and was I surprised to see so many options, and the service was fast and friendly. I looked at their reviews and felt they earned this 5 Star review.

Literally have me sick all day. Thought I tasted slight meat taste on my sandwich but wasn’t completely sure so I kept eating. Please be more careful when cooking because vegetarians do exist and the meat can make us very sick if you’re having cross contamination going on during the cooking process. Things without meat should not be cooked on the same grills as meat unless there is a cleaning process to scrape any meat and meat juices away before cooking the next bagel. Really unsanitary.

2nd time at this location. The 1 star rating is not due to service. In fact the staff was very courteous and very pleased with the service. The big issue that needs attention is the poorly maintained AC system. In a time when the air we breathe and our respiratory systems are constantly attacked with the viruses, it is of the highest priority of the spaces we enter be clean. This filth is not from just a few weeks. This is clearly going back months and it’s disappointing to know that a health inspector has not made a point to address this issue. I noticed while I waited for my order and looked up and saw the condition of the ceiling paneling. It is totally unacceptable especially in a place where there is bread. This requires a replacement of all paneling and air vents. This can’t be cleaned and should be replaced. I hope the right person in management takes the initiative to do the proper cleanup with no food inside. Definitely I won’t be returning under these conditions. I have my share of respiratory issues and can’t put my life at risk.

Do not order from this place unless you clarify to them exactly what’s in the sandwiches because I ordered a sandwich there twice before and the third time which was today I ordered something called a tasty turkey before I went inside. I looked on the website to see what’s inside the tasty turkey just to clarify what’s inside of it because it’s been a while since I’ve ate there…. Mind you I’ve bought the sandwich before twice so when I went in today to buy the tasty turkey I seen something brownish and pink and I thought that was something burn off from the bagel but as I looked closely, it was bacon.. I am allergic to ham, bacon, or anything pork related products and these people put bacon on an item that doesn’t say has pork bacon in it. It specifically says on the menu online today only has avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cream cheese and the main ingredient, turkey, And a choice of bagel that you would like no where did it say it had bacon. I literally got sick and I can’t stop throwing up. I asked if there was bacon in the sandwich and they said yes….. how is there bacon in the sandwich. the menu doesn’t include bacon in it. seriously this can be a huge lawsuit and anyone can get sick from this. This is really dangerous. Employees should really learn what ingredients are in the bagel sandwiches before making it. And if you don’t believe me, go look at the tasty turkey bagel and you’ll see what’s in the it does not have bacon in it. There is another item. And bacon in it and that’s not the one I ordered. I specifically said tasty turkey.

I was expecting something more like a low quality chain breakfast but this honestly surprised me. I love Einstein Bros now. Their blueberry muffins are *insanely* good. Me and my girlfriend both got the brisket bagel, I gotta say I was impressed. The brisket wasn’t anything crazy but for 6 am, I was in shock with the quality. All the baked goods taste very fresh and nice. The coffee is wonderful too. Einstein Bros Bagels has definitely perfected a theory of relatively Supreme breakfast.
