Great Einstein Bros! I love this location. The managers and staff are exceptional and work as quickly as humanly possible while maintaining great standards! Friendly and professional with pride in their products.
I go out of my way just to visit this location. Keep up the amazing work guys! My day gets better once I’ve visited here. I know there’s probably many others that do also but either don’t have time or… You know how life has a way of drowning us.
Thank you for being a twinkling star in a sea of darkness.

Great service and fast too! Tracy was the one who took my order and was smiling and very friendly! The food was fresh and yummy! Not to expensive either!! I highly recommend trying them out for a great bagel sandwich!!

Drive through takes way too long! Crazy how long it takes. Also, my boyfriend’s specialty bagel sandwich was good but mine was underwhelming. I got a flavored bagel with cream cheese and there was not nearly enough cream cheese on it. Maybe enough for one half but definitely not the whole. Better off to eat at home if you juts want a normal bagel.

I ordered a dozen bagels on the Einstein app. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told they didn’t have the specific bagels I had requested. I asked if they could cancel my order and was told I had to do it myself in the app. The Einstein app has a Pending Orders option, but there were no orders listed when I checked. I was told by the associate she couldn’t do anything, but I could choose from the bagels remaining. So, I decided to go into the store to check out the selection in person. When I entered the store none of three employees acknowledged my presence even though I was the only customer. They seemed more concerned with organizing/cleaning the store before closing than assisting a customer. I stood at the counter for about five minutes before the lead associate finally asked if I knew what I wanted. During my selection when I chose a “gourmet” bagel I was told it would cost extra. Really, when you have a limited amount of basic bagels! As I walked out the door, I got a lecture on coming in early on Mondays because that was their “bagel day” – huh?

I realize it was late in the day when I placed my order (1230), but if your store can’t fulfill an app order there should be a means to cancel the order, because when my email order receipt says “Thank you for your order. We’ll get baking. See you soon.” those are just empty words. This experience showed that at the end of the day your employees are more about getting rid of unwanted bagels and closing the store than caring about customer satisfaction. You should train your employees to meet customer expectations by either showing them how to cancel an order on the app (if that’s even a feature!) or compensating the customer in some other way (gift card, free sandwich coupon,…). This is what I’ve experienced at other Einstein stores when my expectations weren’t met.

I understand this may be company policy, but if I’m paying a premium price for a bagel with cream cheese, I expect it to actually have cream cheese — not look like buttered toast. On top of that, the manager’s attitude came off as a bit rude, which only made the experience worse. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Einstein on US1 Melbourne

Went here after church. It was not busy so we took our time choosing what to order since it’s our first time visit. The staff was helpful and suggested us their best seller. I love my salmon salad with potato roll and the bacon, avocado salad with potato roll. My husband ordered turkey. He likes it but not the bagel. The place is nice, cozy and clean.

Bagel was slightly burnt. So was the pastry. Drink was delicious. Girl at window could have been more positive.

I just waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Inside was quiet with only two cars in the drive through ahead of me. Small bags passed out in front and somehow my single bagel took 20 minutes to get. After all the waiting in line, I had to wait at the window for the bagel. What world am I in

The bagels have changed… They look like a big donut now with that oversized hole. You can’t make a bagel sandwich w/o it falling through. Does saving that much dough make you a profit?? Time to move on! WTG Panera!

Don’t go here if you want to quietly sit and enjoy your coffee. Yelling their “home drama” back and forth to each other, manager yelling what staff needs to do, one employee yelling to another “oh my god she’s pregnant again?!?!” I seriously had a headache when I left. And the poor guy at the next table.. they got his order wrong, so the manager HANDS HIM SOME BACON for him to add to his sandwich. Also, apparently it’s acceptable for cashier’s boyfriend to go behind the counter and make himself whatever. Clearly corporate hasn’t visited this site in a long time. It’s like an episode of trailer trash.
