Ordered online and this was our plain bagel cut in half. How is it so uneven? Don’t they have a machine that does it? Also, good luck ordering through the app. It is usually wrong. Order sandwich with bagel thin and it was regular bagel. Not sure what is going on at the edgewater location.

Lady with short hair is not a people’s person and should not be working front of house. Has an attitude of not wanting to be there. I never tapped $0.00 on a tip a screen so fast. Coffee station was a mess. The young woman prepping the food was a million times nicer. Manager should be ashamed of what they let their store become. The rude worker may be a higher up for the location which is even more concerning. Never again

They no longer offer anything with espresso.. and was told that location would not be getting another machine. The place has gone down hill, it’s dirty and grungy. Needs a major makeover. Staff is usually friendly and the food is still good when they do have bagels.

I actually prefer their coffee here than to Starbucks, oddly enough. Had three Starbucks coffee stops to one here at Einstein Bros and it hit the spot. It was just a touch sweeter, but didn’t leave that sugary residue like some Starbucks coffees can. Perfect blend for me, personally.
