Nice place just opened in Fairburn. Nice change of pace and a great alternative to Starbucks when its really packed. Einstein offers great coffee and bagels..of bagels are your things this is the place!! The staff was friendly and attentive! Hope this type of service and food quality is maintained! Great addition to the community.

Victoria made me feel at home from the first time I visited this location! She is very patient while training her staff and is always listening to be sure they capture the orders correctly. She remembers my order and I can tell she knows the guests in line behind me. The other employees working here have also been great. The store has been clean on every visit consistently and the items on the menu have never been less than fresh. I always come here before work and know I’ll have time to get my order and begin my day. If there were more stars, I would give them!

The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the young lady (about in her early 20’s name starts with a J) very soft spoken and sweet that asked me if I was waiting my order. She came out of the restroom after I placed my order, anyway the girl Ty was very tumultuous saying how can you order a maple bagel and it ain’t none up there (upon arrival I knew what I wanted and didn’t think to look in the window to see if it was one there, the older woman who took my order said they didnt have that on hand and asked me to choose another and I did. Ty did not make my order she made two other orders that were placed after mine and gave away something free to someone else and didn’t even give them their correct order because while I’m typing this came back to get their order corrected, Ty proceeded to leave the store nasty attitude and gross demeanor. She needs an attitude adjustment. She too old to be in someone else’s establishment being ill mannered, rude, and distasteful.

We have never been to this location in Fairburn before, but this place is awesome! Extremely patient, helpful, and friendly staff. Caramel coffee shakes were delicious, as well as our specialty bagels. Convenient location, easy to find. Might I mention that this place is well kept and inviting. We will definitely be returning!

Disappointed with the customer service. I came in this morning spent close to $50 including a tip. When it was time to pick up my order I was told that someone placed an order after me with the same name so I double checked to make sure I received my full order prior to stepping out the store.
I went back to the counter to inform them I was missing one bagel. I was then told to bring my order back so she can check my order , she then proceeds to walk over to the table I laid the food out on and open each bagel one by one as if I was lying. The situation was uncomfortable. Considering she had just told me that someone came in and place an order with the same name you would think, they would have believed they could have confused the order or missed something. Due to the customer service I did request a refund.
The environment was great, just hope for better and more understanding customer service if I ever return to this location.

We love the EB in Newnan so we had high hopes for this one. However we were surprised by the lack of professionalism from the workers. There a was loud screaming and laughing instead of working on our orders. They were out of the new bagel thats been being promoted as well. The females working had no sense of public care for those who were inside. Bagels were good though.

It’s a nice little quiet place. The bagels are fresh and soft. The coffee needs more work…It’s either too bitter or too weak. Also, the cinnamon rolls…I wouldn’t advise getting those. They are more of a dense crumbly bread. Rather than the doughy soft texture, that true cinnamon rolls should have. And the icing is too much and too sweet.
The servers are good. They are all young, so you have to have patience with them.
