Delicious bagel and smear. They have a fantastic variety for bagels and fresh to order sandwiches. The coffee was hot and the staff was very friendly. Not a huge crowd yet but this place has just opened. Great food come check it out.

I was so excited when this store opened bc I love this company! Every time I have been here Misty and the rest of the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Even when it’s packed and they are very busy, I always get excellent and speedy service. I have ordered breakfast sandwiches to specialty sandwiches, every time they come out perfect! Everything is clean, organized and well prepared. I love this store and will keep coming back time and time again!

When this location opened up RIGHT outside our neighborhood I was so excited. I LOVE bagels so I was looking forward to making this my frequent stop. Unfortunately after the past two visits I’m sad to say I’ll probably be waiting a few months till they get their staff better trained or just go back to Dunkin across the street….
My first visit was not great for a few reasons. Bringing my son to check out the new location, we decided to stay for lunch. I ordered two specialty sandwiches and both came out wrong. My son got two extra eggs when we asked for 1 (and got charged the extra too), and my sandwich was completely missing the bacon…even though it’s in the title of the sandwich. The avocado on both our sandwiches was so cold that it cooled all the other ingredients. While we ate, we observed the staff either on their phones in the back, not smiling at a single customer/greeting or they forgot to refill the trashcan and people proceeded to put trash on the floor next to where we were eating. Also multiple times I heard customers remarked how freezing it was in the building. My son and I were also very cold. It was expensive and just not a nice environment to be in….
The next time I came, I wanted to use the free bagel and cream cheese option from the rewards I downloaded (Which I had to do on my own to get rewards, you can’t sign up in the store which is annoying) But I went to the counter to explain what I’d like to do. The cashier said she could add it to my transaction and put in my phone number. So I started to say my phone number but then was cut off with “are you going to order anything?” Not great…so I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese. Again, no smile or anything from the employees. I got a decaf coffee as well and when I filled up my cup, coffee grounds were floating all over it. I poured it out and got a new one but when I got home it was the same thing…AND the cream cheese has a TON of random stuff just floating in it. I didn’t even put it on my bagel it looked so gross.
I wish I could say I love this place but I literally feel like I’m inconveniencing every employee there by ordering food. And the sanitary level already is not great. I hope this location improves so I can try again in the future.

I always order online and I always get a friendly welcome when I walk through the door and the food is ALWAYS on time or earlier than the pick up time listed. The bagels always look amazing and they taste great! And I never was a cold brew girl but this place hits the spot everytime ! Love coming here.

Things I liked. Easy parking good affordable prices. Friendly staff and the food came out quickly.
My pizza bagel was super greasy but that’s on me for ordering it. The bacon egg and cheese I’m told was much better! There’s limited seating inside but people were coming and going quickly.
Overall we liked it and will most likely be back.

Hard chairs , one outlet, not a place you would want to sit eat breakfast and get a little work done.A lot of options of food and great coffee online, only to find out , oooh we don’t have that here. Dunkin only 1000 ft away , much better option. Won’t be back here.

Great place for bagels! Workers are very nice, and quick. Often out of Hazelnut Vanilla coffee- unfortunately, no matter what time I go, they are always about to start making it or just taking back to refill. That sucks! Also, it is the smallest location I’ve ever seen. Not really enough space to move around, if there are at least 2 more customers there. Wish it was bigger. Overall, still very glad where this is. I used to live near the Vinings one, and loved that one. Wish this one was as big.

Heavily overpriced considering the portions. Ordered the Energy Spritz drink and got easily 90% ice in the cup. Had to fight to get the straw to the bottom to even drink it.
