There’s truly no better place to grab breakfast than Einstein Bros Bagels in Lilburn. The staff is always welcoming and warm they make you feel like family the moment you walk in. You can tell they take time to get to know their repeat customers and even remember their orders, which makes the experience feel extra special.
The store is always clean, the energy is happy and positive, and the food is absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tried it yet, you have to get the Nova Lox—it’s amazing.
I always grab a small hot coffee for my hour drive to work, and a large caramel cold brew to power me through the morning. Once I get my family off to school, I already know where I’m headed—the best breakfast spot out here! ❤️

The lady serving me was very friendly and attentive, explaining all of my options. After waiting and receiving my food, I continued to stand there because I was made aware of their reward system by signing up online. And so I did. To my surprise, an instant reward offer was available to me, with purchase.
The women working were so observant, ensuring everything was ok. I simply told them that I had placed an online order. They got my order to me right away. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the service. I wasn’t head over hills for the bagels taste, but the service alone won me over! At least my iced coffee was chilled and delicious 🙂

Snarky unprofessional worker at the counter got an attitude and loud with me because I asked her to clarify what she meant by slicing the bagel. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese… why wouldn’t I want the bagel sliced? Are they supposed to put the cream cheese on the outside of the bagel? People should be screened for anti-social tendencies before being hired for retail jobs. Why would you be working the counter with sparkly head phones on?

So I just got off the phone with Elena or Alena please forgive me for butchering her name lol She was beyond amazing. There was a slight inconvenience with my order and when I say she went above and beyond to fix it her communication was great when I called back she didn’t even have to ask who I was she automatically knew she had my order confirmed Elena‘s in the right position. She needs to be in. Please give her a raise.

So excited about them opening up a location in lilburn, the staff is very friendly and work fast i was in and out! I went with my favorite “Chorizo Sunrise” egg sandwich, which was as delicious as always, id recommend this if you love a little bit of spice! My sister got the “Maplehouse” egg sandwich and it was heavenly, i’d recommend this if you love sweet and savory! The pictures don’t do them justice but trust me if you love bagels and breakfast this is the place for you! 😀

I’ve been here a few times, great atmosphere and experience every time. I came in today after the Lilburn Parade and it was really busy but everything was still on point. Shoutout to the employees for always delivering, I missed leah today but she’s really funny and interacts well with everyone I bring with me and builds rapport with everyone so quickly. Overall 10/10 on everything, def happy they joined our town.
