Bless these employees, they always have so much work to do and yet they do it well. I can tell that they’re going as fast as they can without compromising quality, and they’re always kind to me when I’ve talked to them. My only wish is that someday the twice baked hash browns will stay stocked though lunchtime, but I understand that they are popular! Thanks to the WCU Bagel Bros team for being awesome!

We come pretty early to campus and usually around 7:30 am it’s pretty dead because no one’s awake and on campus. I got an Asiago bagel with schmear. It took a few minutes for my bagel to be ready, but that’s to be expected. The people working were nice and the inside seating area is comfortable and large.

On the upside,the people working there are nice. On the down side, they are slow. A few years ago, it was a decent operation, but they have new management and workers. In fact, they are the slowest fast food workers I have ever encountered anywhere. No matter the time of day or how many people are there, be it two or twelve, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. One morning, I waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and there was only two other people in the place. This means that no matter what you order, it’s gonna be cold. Oh, and it will look nothing like the picture. Today I ordered an egg, cheese, bacon bagel and nothing about it was still hot. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was just room temperature and oily like cheese gets when it’s been left out. What I’m saying is that someone needs to come in and manage this place to be what it used to be, which was functional and faster than it is now. Folks on campus are limited to what is available to them, so make what is available worthwhile.

Decent bagels
Long wait times around 8 am
Drinks made fast food slow and that causes the temps of drinks to be not so desirable when u finally get food. They are often out of things as well. U have to order on kiosk and u can’t adjust cetain things the way u like which is weird. Prices not consistent either.

It will take more than 30 minutes for them to make an ice-cold breakfast sandwich. Expect long wait times for poorly made food. Their drip coffee is decent.

I love Einsteins but my coffee order never comes out correctly. Cream or extra flavoring is added to my coffee when on my ticket it say expresso shot, no cream and 1 pump of vanilla. The wait time is not fast. I waited 15 longer for my coffee order today and it was still wrong. Overall food is good but coffee is never made correctly and wait time is long

not me, but happened to my roommate. They ordered something from the GET app and waited there for over 45 minutes. The place began to close so they ask where their food is, gaining the response of “it’ll be ready momentarily. We have your ticket” so they wait another hour until the place closes. No word from the employees, and their ticket is sitting in the basket like it had already been given out. They never received their food and wasted their meal exchange for the day. I understand that this may have been a mistake, and I am usually never one to criticize food service workers, but this was plain laziness and carelessness. you’d think for a meal plan that costs well over 1000 dollars, there would be a closer look at efficiency within these eating establishments.

It honestly depends on the day you happen to stop by. I’ve gone in where is clean, orders are pushed out in a timely fashion, and the employees are really really nice and friendly.
Other times…. I’ve gone in where the kitchen and coffee area are a complete wreck, I’ve waited for Soo long, and the employees are extremely rude.
I’d say just pick your day wisely, and look at the kitchen and the prep areas before you order food…

Best fresh bagels ever! They will make them fresh while you wait. I get about 20 dozen at a time, eat some and freeze the rest.Usually only takes about 25 minutes. Love this place!
