It’s my new go-to destination!!! We just made the move here and I’m ecstatic that we stumbled upon this gem. These bagels are reminiscent of the authentic NY/NJ bagels that I grew up with. Cayman was fantastic, he even treated us to samples of the bakery’s delights. My All Nighter egg sandwich was truly divine!

I am actually not a bagel person but I like this place thank to my grand daughter. I like that they have not your typical breakfast sandwiches. Their menu has sandwich combinations that you dont find everywhere like the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich or the Maplehouse Egg sandwich. So far, I have liked everything I ordered and gonna try something new each time I go. My only hiccup was that my hash brown was cold. Not that big of a deal because

Today (MLK Day) was my first time visiting this establishment. It very well may be my last time visiting. First of all, the place was packed. Cool. Not a problem for me. I got in the line and waited. It wasn’t a very long line. When I got to the register to order, I made the employee aware that it was my first time visiting. She seemed to be unfazed by that and just stared at me like “go ahead with your order, please”. I proceeded with my order and still it seemed as though any little question I had she did not feel like answering—I even noticed a slight eye roll when I asked her opinion about adding an egg to my sandwich. She said, and I quote, “I don’t know; I don’t eat them.” She gave me this weird stare and her response had a very unconcerned tone. I kind of shrugged it off and got my receipt and moved on. About five minutes later, they called my name to get my drink. There were at least 2 to 3 people who came in after me who ordered and got their sandwich or bagel or whatever they ordered, and I was still standing there waiting on my food. That additional wait lasted at least 10 to 15 minutes. I finally got a hold of one of the employees and let him know very respectfully that I received my drink, but not my sandwich. He gave me this dirty look and told me “I’m the only one working the sandwiches back here; I’ll get yours.” Immediately he comes back with mine (I presume because it had been sitting back there—forgotten). The sandwich was as dry as the atmosphere in that building. I highly doubt I will be back. The staff was rude. The wait was ridiculous, and the food was subpar. This is an honest opinion from a first-time visitor.

Recently had a wonderful experience made possible through the Too Good To Go app Einstein Bros. Bagels in Suffolk ( more on the app at the end of the review) So the deal was a Surprise Bag of Bagel Treats for $5.99 and an afternoon road trip to Suffolk heck that’s the price of one NYC bagel.
Well their motto is “We have an obsession with bagels. ” I believe it when you walk in the door it will transport you to your favorite NYC bagel shop yeasty, crusty, so many variations. Too many to take up review space with and smears!
And bagel sandwiches from your traditional Nova Lox to Sausage Gravy and many other tasty options. As well as a full selection of beverages including Caribou Coffee Iced, cold brew, or hot.
They also offer catering and delivery services. Einstein Bros. Bagels is the place to get your fix, if you’re a transplant and missing your favorite bagel give them a try. I don’t believe you will regret it.
Now the app if you haven’t heard-
Too Good To Go is a food saving app that allows restaurants, groceries, etc. to offer food that they would otherwise be throwing away. To customers at greatly reduced ( 1/3 the usual price) prices. Google it or find it on your favorite App Store.

I had placed an order earlier this week online and I never got a receipt (user error). I called Einstein’s and they let me know they would reach out to their manager and he would give me a call. That same day, Ron, the manager, called me back and even sent me a text acknowledging my concern. I let him know I would be picking the decently sized order up at 7am the next morning and he said without hesitation it is no worries at all, he would have the order ready to go even without proof of payment. He brought patience and kindness and extreme professionalism from the moment I spoke with him. When I showed up this morning, he called me out by my name and had everything ready. Just the nicest guy, truly. Super professional. I would 100% recommend ordering with Einsteins and if you’re blessed to encounter Ron, know you’re in amazing hands. Thank you Ron!

My wife and I had breakfast here. We enjoyed our food and coffee very much. Cayman, the gentleman who served us, was particularly thoughtful regarding my wife’s food allergies.

Super customer service at this local chain bagel shop! Very helpful and friendly staff! Good drinks and good food! This location is on the side of the strip shopping mall to the left of Harris Teeter and the UPS store. I think it is next to a daycare.

I recently visited an Einstein Bros. location for the first time. The establishment is situated conveniently near a shopping area and around the corner of UPS. Upon entering, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. The ordering process seemed straightforward. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that two out of the four sandwiches were incorrect and unsatisfactory.
Specifically, I had ordered a turkey sausage egg sandwich without egg, but received an egg and sausage sandwich instead. Additionally, the Texas brisket sandwich did not resemble the advertised image, and we had requested a different bagel but were given a jalapeño bagel instead.
This experience was unacceptable, particularly considering the time and money invested in traveling to the establishment and purchasing the breakfast.

Bagels are amazing, and being from NY I know my bagels. Specialty sandwiches are good but very pricey as well as their smoothies. Would love to see them sell egg bagels, but food, service and environment are always top notch
