I had a bagel from their town center location and it was GREAT! So I decided to doordash one and it came from Chesapeake. I get the bagel, I’m enjoying and feeding my toddler some. I look down to a dead bug wrapped up in the lettuce… I started gagging and called them. They offered a new one and told me to refund through door dash but I’ll probably never ever ever ever in my life Eat another or recommend.

The bagels and scream cheese were fantastic, I definitely recommend their chive & onion on an Asiago bagel…I wouldn’t recommend the coffee at all though. Mine tasted like chocolate syrup in water. I couldn’t even get halfway through it.

Out of the locations in Hampton Roads that I have visited so far, this is my favorite. Pleasant, friendly staff. Quick and accurate service. The one thing that set this location a part from others is the gentleman that took my order (I assume the owner) personalized my service by asking me if I wanted any changes to my order. This may seem small but to have him even ask made me realized that I had a lot more options than what we see. I got a little excited. I got my usual (pic below) and a Turkey and Cheddar. Unfortunately , there’s no pic of the latter; I ate it before I remembered I was supposed to. Take that as a hint

A good variety of options (especially if you’re a bagel enthusiast or looking to try something new)! I went with the ‘All Nighter’, and loved it! The toppings and sauce were perfectly cooked and seasoned, plus the bagel was just the right amount of filling to get me started for the day. I recommend checking this place out the next time you’re craving a bagel!

Great customer service. The staff is friendly. It’s 7:55 am on Saturday, and they opened at 7:00, and looking at the floors, you would think they were open for hours. The store could’ve been swept and vacuumed the day before, but overall, the food and service made up for it.

Today I ordered a lox bagel through doordash and it arrived with (no ships, and a overly chewy bagel) but absolutely no salmon. How ridiculous can an establishment be to send something that someone ordered to them when the KEY ingredient of the bagel is missing. From what it looks like to me this is not the first time this has happened with this specific location, which shows me that the establishment does not care about their customers or anything but $$$. I also order a pack of 6 bagels and its supposed to come with a variety of bagels including sesame, but what actually happens when you order a pack of bagels from here is they just give you whatever they have no matter if you ordered it or not. This establishment clearly does not care about getting orders correct.

Never tried Einstein before and now I realize how much I was missing in life. 10/10 I got the Texas Brisket and the Wife got…..IDK something with turkey. We were too entranced in the bagels! Also got the pepperoni bagel as a failsafe and needless to say everything far exceeded expectations ( ͡♥ ͜ʖ ͡♥)

Went there for the first time today. Have seen them at this location since they opened it years ago. Got the Chorizo, Egg, Avocado, Green chili bagel breakfast sandwich. It was incredible! I also enjoyed their hazelnut-vanilla coffee but they were out of two favored creamer. But in all fairness they were very busy. I do not like noisy places. I recommend trying this place. I will be returning.

I pass this establishment all the time and always said that I would stop by. Also someone at my job said that the food here was pretty good. So I finally had time this morning to order a bagel. I placed an order over the phone, and whoever answered was rude. Then I showed up to get the food and nobody acknowledged me when I stood there looking crazy for the pick up I had to ask them, being that it was my first time, and the food wasn’t all that great. I had higher expectations. I would never come here again. And the bathroom toilet wasn’t all that clean. It wasn’t even busy I was the only one at the counter and no one acknowledged me until I said something
