i got the turkey bagel sandwich and it was very good! the cream cheese is amazing and it looked appetizing. the coffee isn’t be best, i got the vanilla iced coffee and it just tasted weird sweetness wise. my boyfriend got the refresher with caffeine, he says it was great!

the woman who took my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there, not necessarily rude but not nice to talk to and it felt awkward lol. i’ll probably try another location next time.

Decided to stop here after landing in Richmond and it was a great choice. I haven’t had Einstein bagels in years and this was really good! They even let me get avocado without the fee because I did not want the meat that came on my bagel. I thought that was awesome! They have a lot of great food options as well as a few juices and even cookies! I decided to get it to go, but there is an area big enough for you to dine in, which is great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which I was happy to experience because it was super early on a Sunday and it was very cold outside!

I’ve ordered Einstein bagels a few times for delivery and every time they’ve been amazing! However, recently i was craving a bagel!! I have become much more cognizant as to what I put in my body these days and googled who has the least ingredient, healthiest bagel near me…Einstein came up with their multi gram bagel!! Since it is literally around the corner from me I hopped in the car and headed out!!
When I went in the store, I was instantly greeted by the sweetest person! I wandered over to the counter, checked out the selection and due to my craving, I couldn’t just get one…so. Of course I got the multi grain, but also got a sesame, everything, green chile, jalapeños and cinnamon one!! All sliced and toasted straight away!! Over the next several days I munched on them and was pleasantly surprised how long they lasted w out completely being stale! Of course they weren’t perfectly fresh but after a second toasting, they were fine!!
Today, I went back. After 4 hours sleep, thanks to my whiny toddler cat, I wanted a treat. I’m grumpy and deserved it! lol!! The same person greeted me!! An ABSOLUTE DELIGHTFUL engagement! They made me smile and chuckle even amidst my crankiness!! I mean who wouldn’t want to visit here daily when you have the most precious human greeting you and making sure you smile!!!
I’m so glad I chose Einstein bagels this morning!! My day is already more smiley, lighter, and less grumpies!!!

Amazing experience i wish I knew the gentleman’s name and the woman that was with him. I came around 10:45-11 Ion december 29th. I let the gentleman know that I lived far away so this was a treat. Jesus met me with great energy and when I got home and ate my open faced nova lox on an everything bagel I just had to leave a review. It was made so well. I could tell that he put some goodness into making my sandwich. Im extremely apreciative!

It used to be a very friendly place. There was a guy and a girl before used to be there. Now it’s only one girl and not very friendly at all I really don’t think she wants to be there. Ask for a bagel she didn’t cut it. Didn’t warm it up. Nothing. She just gave me the bagel. Oh well I won’t be going back there

I asked for a plain beagle and when I bit it, it seemed like I had a taffy stretching the bread and the mess with the cream cheese. I visited because we are new in the area and received some coupons by mail. Place did seem clean and organized,we ordered to go. No brown sugar available though..

Always have tasty and fresh bagels. For reason bagel were not baked properly and barely enough cream cheese. I’m disappointed as I normal get bagels and a decent amount of spread.

The bagel was really tasty and felt like the ingredients were very fresh.The salmon felt like it was not stale all.The attitude however of the person at the counter was ridiculous.I told her i have never been to this franchise ;rather than saying let me walk you through she goes ohh and frowns I am never coming back because of that attitude .The guy who was making the order was however was very sweet

I ordered a pizza bagel with door dash and this is what Einstein’s gave them. I’m not one to complain but this is just awful. Burnt to a crisp and taste like cardboard.
