Two stars for the employee being pleasant when he finally got to my order. However, our online order was 25 minutes late after our pick up time, no one answered the phone when we sat at curbside for 10 minutes before going in. My bagel of choice was there but since they did the people in line first it ran out so I had to choose another option even though the point of online ordering is to “skip the line”. Literally just got two bagels and spread but had to wait for more complex orders ahead to be fulfilled and then our bagels weren’t even toasted. There were only two employees on a Saturday morning so that’s a management problem and I kept my cool since it wasn’t their fault.
