Every time I stop in they are almost completely empty of bagels, even hours before closing. God forbid you show up within an hour of them closing. Employees shut down the grill and anything you order hot they tell you they are out of. Has happened on multiple occasions. Only reason it has two stars is because on the off chance they have and are willing to make what you order it is pretty good

Great place for a quick sandwich and beverage. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection to choose from. I will certainly come back when it’s a little cooler, tho. There is no place to sit inside for some reason. All the sitting areas outside were filled.

This is my fiancé and I’s favorite morning stop for breakfast bagels. The service is quick, the coffee is good and the bagels are fantastic. There is an outdoor patio seating area that is great for sitting. Recently though I found that there are a lot of cigarette butts and wild mallards getting too close which makes eating at the patio not very pleasant… Room for improvement but otherwise the food is great!

Be careful if you have a service dog. Went in with her badged and license in hand and 2 male employees very rudely yelled at me which okay I get it so I sat outside. When my fiancé came out he then told me they continued to be extremely rude. Especially the manager.

Amazing whole wheat bagel egg white bacon and avocado. When I first submitted my review, I failed to mention that I live in New Jersey and we have a lot of good bagel shops here…I was very impressed with Einstein’s in Richmond. I grew up here, but the food is so much better now!!!

Yummy bagels & breakfast sandwiches. This location only had 2 guys working and my bagel-wich was sloppy but still good flavor. Love their baked hashbrowns, only wish there was a location closer to me in the Brandermill area.

Bad experience. Ordered online and when we went to pick it up there was only one of the items in the bag. When we asked they said they were out of everything else. No option to get a refund in the store and gave us a number to call that didn’t work. The people in the store didn’t seem to care, be careful if you’re ordering online.Update: I reached out to the link listed below and they never responded. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Won’t be going back there again
